Chapter 13

Blackouts aren't cool, and Luna was currently in one. Just as Luna Jenkins closed her eyes, and sank into oblivion, so many things played out. Vampire blood invaded her system, which she knew nothing about. Somehow, Luna's mind was still alive even in her unconscious state.

(This can't be real. I'm in a place, void, and filled with thick darkness. Like where the fuck am I at? Last I can recall, that asshole Johnny bit me, the bleeding started, and...Shit, he bit me again, and fed on my blood, which is crazy right. I mean, why would he literally drink blood? Could it be..? no no that can't be real...Wait, what the hell is happening now. The darkness around me is fading away, my body feels energized, like some new cells are springing up inside of me. The darkness is dwindling away, and at a faster rate... Thank God. I can feel my body now. My surroundings. Could someone tell me what is going on?) Luna's mind was still active while she was unconscious.

Her fingers move slightly, her whole body follows after, making even more obvious movements.

Suddenly, Luna Jenkins let out a long, deep, audible exhalation expressing life!

"Shit. She's awake" Johnny observes.

After a brief moment, Luna gets on her feet, recalling everything, every single detail.

"You bit me!" she yelled.

"I didn't mean to..look"

"You acted like you were into me, only for you to take advantage of me, by biting me, and feeding on my blood. What are you!?"

"No, I didn't mean to. I can explain all of these" Johnny said, walking slowly to Luna.

"Stay the fuck away from me!" she cries out, taking two steps backward without looking.

"Okay Luna, I get it. I'm a cockhole, fine. I took advantage of you, but I'm sorry. I just need you to trust me okay, relax. I have to explain something to you" Johnny stopped walking to Luna, and tried to reason with her.

"I don't give two fucks about whatever screwed explanation you want to come up with. Stay away from me!" Luna repeated, taking even more steps backward.

Johnny paused, trying to come up with a way to get close to Luna. All he wanted was to get close enough to calm her down with his touch. But how would he get that close if Luna keeps taking steps backward.

"Look, you have to listen to me. There's..."

"Shut the fuck up, and let me be" Luna stopped him, and ran off.

Just as Johnny watched innocent Luna Jenkins wander off into the forest, he completed his statement, even when he knew Luna couldn't hear; " There's vampire blood in your system which would eventually turn you into one if you're not careful"

"Johnny think! You got yourself into this mess, you fix it right now. Go after her now!" Johnny said to himself.

As a vampire, he had speed, heightened senses, compelling powers if he gets close enough to his victim, supernatural strength, and of course, a fiery hunger for blood.

(She still has blood on her clothes so, I should have no issues finding her. I can already perceive the scent of her blood a few steps ahead) Johnny boasted, while searching for Luna.

Just as Johnny Evans guessed, he found her easily. Well, he didn't find just Luna.

"Let her go, you piece of crap" Johnny ordered the old vampire who had caught up with Luna while she was running away.

"Ha ha. Who are you now? Some pussybiter who thinks he can save the day and be prince charming" The vampire, who seemed to be well stricken in age, said.

Johnny shows off his fangs to point out to the vampire holding Luna that he's also a vampire too.

"You're young. I doubt you've spent a decade being a vampire. You are no match for me, boy!"

He was right tho, Johnny was still a young vampire, and could get himself hurt if he tried to take on this old vampire, and Luna could get harmed in the process too, so he did what every emotionally intelligent person would have done.

"Alright. You a big bad old vampire, and who the hell I am? Some young vamp who thinks being a vampire is fun and amazing. Look, mr. I messed up okay, big time. I fed on her, had too much to drink, and now she has vampire blood in her system, coz I had to heal her"

The old vampire still gripped Luna firmly, like she was nothing.

"You had your share. Now's my turn. Ha ha!" He laughs loudly.

"But if you feed on her, she could die, and you know what comes next" Johnny reminded the old vamp who didn't give a fuck about what Johnny was blabbing about.

"Well then. That's the fun - finding out what comes next"

"Don't be silly old man. She becomes like us, that's what comes next" Johnny informed.

"And I just love making new vamps. Ha ha. So cool" the old vampire said, looked at Johnny who was about 20 feet away from them, takes another look at Luna who had an amazing bloody skin. He couldn't resist.

He lifted his chin up, revealing his lengthened fangs, which he embedded into Luna's skin, sucking her dry. She had very little blood left, so the old vampire was only able to feed on the scraps Johnny left off.

"No!" Johnny screamed, as he rushed towards them, and with all the strength he could muster, flinged away the old vampire, letting Luna get away from his grip.

(Luna collapses)

"No! Luna!?" Johnny reaches for her.

The old vampire gets back up, and grins widely, enough to piss anybody off.

"She's dead boy. You had your fun with her, and wanted to deny me of mine. Ha ha, not like you left anything to have fun with anyway. But you don't have to worry, she would come back to life. But not as a weak human, no far from that. She would become one of us, a frigging, motherfucking, bloodsucking vampire!" The old vampire said, then runs off.

Johnny was still on the ground, having Luna in his arms. He braced himself. Luna would come back to life, but not as human Luna. She would be vampire Luna Jenkins.

Luna inhales deeply, and audibly, bouncing back to Life!
