15. Auction House Task

At night, Xiao Feng wore the same black cloak with a hood to cover his face. He then informed Xue'er and left for the Miteer Auction House.

In the void above the auction house, a space crack appeared and a black robed man stepped out of it. This is Xiao Feng. He is now looking at a large commotion taking place at the auction house. He then landed and walked towards the entrance. In front of the entrance around 20 horse carts were standing. The guards quickly bowed and made way for Xiao Feng. They have long known about his identity as a VIP guest in the Auction House. Entering the auction house, Xiao Feng saw a large number of people carrying different items and loading them on the carts outside. He quickly found Gu Ni instructing the workers and approached him. Gu Ni saw Xiao Feng and immediately said, " Senior, it's really great that you are here."

" What happened here? Why is everyone in such a hurry?"

" Today is the day that a subsequent amount of items has to be transported from Miteer Auction House to Cibei town. The young lady is also going with them but...but we need an alchemist to verify the quality of the herbs that Cibei town will be sending in return for those items. For some reason, we couldn't arrange the alchemist and I can't go because I have to appraise the items brought by others for auction. So, if it's convenient for the Senior to lend a hand...then...", Gu Ni explained with a bit of hesitation not knowing whether Xiao Feng will help or not but without letting him finish his sentence Xiao Feng spoke,

" Since it's just about verification, I will obviously help. I have been doing business with the Auction House for many days now, it won't be a problem to help a bit."

Gu Ni was ecstatic on hearing this and added, " Thank you Senior for your help. The auction house will definitely compensate you for your hardwork and time"

Xiao Feng nodded.

At the same time, Ya Fei was walking down the stairs. Both Gu Ni and Xiao Feng looked up. Ya Fei was wearing a beautiful black dress which perfectly wrapped her sexy body. " No worries, as I said it is not a big thing to help out in this matter."

" Thank you Mister "
