CHAPTER-5

Next day.....

Amanda was embarrassed to think that she cried so hard for a person whom she had just met. She couldn't sleep last night because of him(Albert). His face flash repeatedly in amendous thoughts. Amanda can't do anything due to the strange feeling. There were butterflies and heart raced fast whenever his face flashed.

" Why is this happening to me? I just want to enjoy my life! Why did he made me suffer just with few words! After all this, he is okay with it but I am the one suffering."she is sweared and buried her face in the pillow.

Albert's Mansion.....

Alina woke up early to know what happened last night. She went to her brother's room eagerly with excitement. Alina locked her brothers room for a while but he didn't open the door. so Alina Alina couldn't wait so she opened the door. When she opened the door, his room it was pitch Black and it reeked of alcohol. She covered her nose and switched on lights. Alina was shocked to see her brother lying in the floor surrounded by bottles. She tried to wake him up but he didn't respond. Alina couldn't able to see her brother in this stage, she called Ash to arrive home immediately. When Ash arrived, Alina asked him about last night. She felt weepy after listening to Ash. Ash calmed her down and ask that to wait in a living room. fully sorry for his boss. He helped him to clean up.

After washig him up he lied down is boss in his bed and asked maid to clean his room without making any noise that disturb him. Ash can understand his boss that how he felt, when he was rejected right away and also this was his first confession. Hearing the news, Alwin rushed to his brother's room. Seeing his brother's state, Alwin got furious and slapped Ash. Alwin, "How can you allow older brother to be in such state. He yelled at Ash. " Why did you not inform me right away? who made my brother suffer?"Alwin asked Ash. Ash explained him in detail, what happened. After hearing all that, Alvin asked Aah to contact Amanda, to have meet with her.

At the same time ... Amanda's room.....

After refreshing Amanda wants to go out to make her mind relax. So, she called Melvin.

Amanda," Good morning! Melvin! Are you awake? Did I wake you up? she lined up her questions.

Melvin, "What do you want? You're are annoying me... you didn't call me last night and now you are calling me. Is this how you treat your friend! he popped out of anger.

Amanda," I really didn't want to hurt you and also I know you will be worried about me. But I was totally fine and I can sense that

CEO Albert was not a bad person. so I went to his house to have a talk with him.

Melvin, " What ? You even went to his home.

Are you stupid enough to believe a man you've never met? hearing this Melvin anger burst out and disconnected call out of anger.

Amanda was depressed when Melvin disconnected her call. She thought," All of this was because of that CEO Albert.

After few minutes Melvin called Amanda.....

Amanda was glad that, Melvin called her. She attend the call immediately.

Amanda, "Melvin! Are you ok now! If you are not you can blame me all you want. But please don't be angry"

Melvin," Mm ...Not angry anymore. How can I ignore you, you're my best friend! (*Melvin mind...I like you a lot).

Tell me, Why are you down in your spirits! you're never like this before. Did that

damn CEO, do anything to you?"

Amanda, " He didn't. But he just proposed to me."

Melvin, " He proposed! How dare he? Did you accept it? "he got flustered.

Amanda, "No! I rejected him right away!"

Melvin, " That's my Amanda!"

Amanda, " But my heart hurted so much when I rejected him. And also I couldn't control my tears. This is strange Melvin, I've never met him before. Yet it hurts so much!" she started crying loudly.

Melvin,"Hey! Don't cry! I will be there in 10 minutes." Melvin rushed to Amanda.

Once again Amanda couldn't stop crying,

" wah ...wah..."

Melvin arrived to Amanda's place and knocked her door. But she didn't answer.

So, he used spare key and entered.

He saw Amanda sleeping soundly in sofa.

Melvin sat beside her and ruffled her hair softly. He was happy that Amanda rejected Albert. Melvin, "Since, you rejected Albert I had chance to enter your heart".

Melvin prepared food for Amanda and served them to the dining table.

He waked Amanda to have food. Amanda woke up and went to bathroom to refresh.

She was happy that, Melvin was no more angry at her. Amanda and Melvin sat to have food. They both were embarrassed to spoke.

After few minutes....

Amanda and Melvin having their food chatting happily.

Amanda's door bell ranged...ring...ring..

Amanda tried to answer the door, But Melvin asked to have her food and answered the door.

Melvin was furious to see Ash standing at the door with his men. He furiously closed the door and rushed to the room.

Amanda was confused to see Melvin angry.

She opened door to check, and saw Ash .

She was flustered and tried to close the door. But Ash didn't let her.

Ash, "Ms. Amanda! I have important matter to discuss. May I come in."

Amanda, " What's there to talk, I've cleared things with your boss. And I was going insane because of him. so pls don't disturb me. Ash can feel that Amanda was also broken.

Ash, " Our boss didn't sent me, it's younger boss! Since yesterday Our boss was gravely affected. so, younger boss wants to meet you!" Amanda realised that how he felt after she rejected her, since he's the one who proposed.

Amanda, " Your boss's illness had nothing to do with me! so, pls leave..."

Ash left with his men after Amanda refused to go with them..

Ash had another plan....
