19 Pupil
A week later after the feast.
I was just enjoying my daily evening sleeping waking up and doing cult leader work when suddenly a nearby hearth lit ablaze and grew when a figure came out wearing a brown shawl over her head immediately disturbing my sleep.
Seeing the figure come out I smiled "Hestia" Darius said while smiling seeing her older sister visit him.
"Darius" Hestia said with a smile.
"Hestia what are you doing here?" Darius said while walking over to hestia in response hestia hugs him as a older sister.
"Nothing just came to visit my little brother" Hestia said with a warm smile after being hugging darius.
"How's Olympus doing?" Darius said.
"Hmm nothing much same old parties feasts quarrels and so on" Said by hestia.
"Good good, How's Dionysus and Hephaestus doing?" Darius said genuinely curious about his friends/nephews.
When hestia was about to respond before she could talk Darius said "Wait wait I'll make us somewhere to sit". With a flick of his finger Roots grew abruptly from the ground shaping in a chair with leaves for cushions while a table made of wood grew from the middle.
after the furniture grew Darius gestured for her to sit.
" Where was I Dionysus has his parties, Hephaestus works at his work shop" she said
" But before we continue we should have some have some treats Shall we? " She said smiling while flickering her fingers conjuring some snacks on the table seeing this Darius created some cups and summoned some delicious fruit which got drained of it's juice pouring it into the cups right Infront of them.
"So how is it? how is it in the mortal world? " hestia said with curiousty.
"it's wonderful, humans are amazing creatures they create gadgets make delicious foods it's fascinating though not as grand as Olympus it's wonderful and fun". Darius truthfully said with enthusiasm as it was what he said was true.
Hestia was glad that her little brother was happy and having fun around in the mortal world.
Darius seeing as he was talking a lot quieted down and said "Enough about me how about you? ".
"Oh it's fine I've been keeping hearth burning, talking to some other gods, helping a little quarrel once in a while so it's fine" Said hestia as her daily life life has usually been taking care of the hearth helping a few sibling quarrels and resting or have a snack once in a while.
Seeing as his elder sister was fine Darius was happy. "I will go back now someone needs to tend with the hearth" Seeing as his sister has to leave they both hugged and bid eachother farewell to each other. With that Hestia flickered into the hearth leaving the hearth burning lively.
Darius looked at the sky staring at the sun and thinking of what he should do now that his awake.
A loud commotion could be heard near Darius camp where his cult resided hearing the commotion Darius had rushed to his camp and reached the commotion.
One of his cult members were harmed when he was out hunting and injured his leg.
The cult members seeing their god come here we're relived and asked for him to heal him.
"Master Darius is here" "please Heal him" "Please" . the family of the hunter had began asking him to heal the hunter seeing as one of his cult members where injured Darius pulled out his hand which emitted a warm light healing the hunters leg making the hunter happy. Seeing the hunter healed the family members had hugged the hunter one of which was a women seemingly his wife.
"Thank you" The hunter said to Darius being very grateful for healing his legs.
"It's not a problem" Darius said as he would have healed him even if the family never asked him to as he was one of his followers.
With that Darius walked away while calling a certain girl Octavia.
"I will never got forget this deed I must repay Lord Darius with my loyalty" the hunter solemnly swore inside his heart along with his family.
When Darius and Octavia go inside his headquarters.
"Lord Darius may I ask the reason you have brought me?" Octavia said greeting the god.
"sit" darius said pointing to a chair seeing his command Octavia obediently sat on the chair.
"What do you say about learning about the art of healing?" Darius said.
"Yes yes" hearing what he had just said the 12 year old girl could not hold in her excitement. before calming down as to not disrespect the god, She had been excited because if she learns medicinal arts she could go around and heal the sick just as her god does.
(A few moments ago)
Seeing one of his followers injured Darius decided to have a pupil learn about medicinal arts in order to heal his treat his cult when his not around as he cannot stay with them forever"
(Present)
"Good" Darius said with a smile
A week later
"As of now you have learned how to dress a wound to prevent blood lost tomorrow you will rest and the next we will start learning about herbs and elixirs(not magic medicine isn't a term yet so let's go with elixirs). "
"Yes Lord Darius" With that Octavia excitingly ran out of Darius tent running towards her parents who were waiting for her.
"How it's it? Are you learning well" Arian said "Yes mama" Octavia said with a smile "Lord Darius said I could rest tomorrow"
"That's great let's have dinner tomorrow then" Kratos said carrying his daughter bringing her to their tenth to eat dinner.
"I don't have a book containing information about those herbs hmm maybe I should ask a book from Olympus or from one of the gods like Athena Asclepius or Apollo.
"If not I shall write my own book." Darius said as currently he does not have a book from which he could give his pupil to.
To study herbs elixirs and medicines to be made as he never really had one he had just learned about the herbs and concoctions and never forgot them as he was a god and he could just use his powers to heal someone instead of using medicine although he could just use his divinity he had grown a habit of herbs and medicine and medicinal knowledge and Humans can't really use divinity to heal people or even have divinity they need medicine and herbs.
With that Darius was planning his next lesson to teach to Octavia.
