Dipper

It was a journal, like Ford's, but instead of a six-fingered hand on the cover, it was a Pine tree, like the one on my hat. And the rest of the cover was a pure, creamy white. "Your kidding! My own journal?!" Ford and Stan laughed. "I take it to mean you like it?" Ford asked, smiling. "Like it? Uncle Ford, I love it!" I looked over at Mabel. "What did you get?" She smiled, and held up a picture book with a pink cover, and her name engraved on it. "Its a scrapbook! Dipper, do you know what this means?" "That your gonna go crazy and fill up every page in less than a day?" I joked, and she playfully punched my arm, making me chuckle. "No! Well, yes, but that's besides the point! It means this summer is going to be the best!" Ford and Stan pulled both of us in for a group hug. "I'm glad you love your presents, knuckleheads." Stan muttered as they pulled away. Ford looked at me. "Dipper, with this, you can record the data I missed. You can explore Gravity Falls! I'm sure there's been new developments and things since you've been gone. But listen to me. You have to be careful, Dipper. We don't want a redo of last summer, as fun as that was, ok?" I nodded with a smile on my face. "I'll be sure to keep it hidden. Bill wasn't any fun last summer." I muttered that last part, scowling at the memories. "Good. Now, who's ready to have some fun, huh?" Stan asked, raising an eyebrow, and smiling.
