Another Failure

She paused looking at Rudina then continued "But there is someone stronger than him and that person is on his way with the new king who would be stronger. If you have that person by your side no one would question how you took back your lands and extra. Even if you move mountains no one would care"

She paused again looking at Rudina who had a look she didn't quite understand on her face. If she hadn't been able to read minds she wouldn't have known what Rudina was thinking.

'All I need is that person' Rudina thought to herself.

"You know what? I'll send you back down there till you are ready. I want you to think about what you really want and if we meet again I'll give you your powers and if we don't then forget about it" The lady said.

"Wait what do you mean by that?" Rudina asked. Powers?

"I hope when we meet again you will have become a better person" she said, giving Rudina a soft push.

"What if we don't?" Rudina asked as she fell.

"Then this is goodbye" She replied

Rudina gasped waking up.

"She's awake call the lady" An elderly woman said to a younger girl.

"Yes" the young girl replied runing out.

Rudina turned around looking for a familiar face but no one looked familiar to her. 'Where am I?' She asked herself looking around.

The people around her where all busy trying to take care of her some way. Some where fetching waters while others where wiping her body clean, but there was one of them that just stood there staring. She was wearing a long black gown and was different from the others. She stood there with her hands folded in front of her as she watched Rudina carefully.

Rudina had a splitting headache that made her feel her head would divide into two at any moment. She couldn't recall how this many people had gotten in here.

She placed her hands on her head trying to support herself as she sat up.

"Little Miss!" The most elderly said running to Rudinas side "You shouldn't sit up"

Rudina hissed as laid down. She closed her eyes tiredly.

Yukio bit her nails as she walked to Rudinas room. She prayed as walked there that the worst hadn't happened.

"My lady?" The younger attendant, who had been the one to call her, said.

Yukio freezed in front of Rudinas door, unable to go in. 'What if the results were the same?' she thought to herself.

"My lady?" The attendant called again.

"Where is Aisha?" Yukio asked, looking at the attendant.

"She's inside" The Young attendant replied.

"Get me Aisha" Yukio said.

"Yes my lady" The young attendant said, going inside Rudinas room.

A few seconds later a middle aged woman stepped out of the room. She had been inside the room taking a look at Rudina.

Yukio stared at her too scared to ask the question she wanted to ask. Just from a look Aisha knew what her lady, Yukio wanted to say.

"My lady, it has been another failure" She whispered.
