Third Person POV

"Müller had a second cardiac arrest, the doctors are giving up on him." Sam's words kept on playing on repeat in Emma's ears all the way to the hospital.

She didn't utter a word all the way to it.

It no use to express anger on uninvolved parties, she was preserving her energy to deal with those stupid, thick-headed doctors.

Soon enough Emma and Greta came barging in the hospital, still in their bloody clothes.

One of the guards ushered them to the ICU floor where Jürgen, Sam, and Puerto were standing along with one of the doctors.

"Who is it!" Emma asked before she reached them, but she would be right in front of them in no time if she maintained the speed she was moving with. Her steps were firm and indicated confidence despite her fast pace. "Who is the fucker who defied me!" She repeated.

"I-" the doctor who was standing with the trio stepped up, but Emma was in front of him before he could finish his statement.

She slapped him so hard that her fingers prints etched on his face in a bright red colour. "There is no "you" in here, only my voice is to be heard and my orders to be followed." She stabbed her finger in his chest. His face is still bent down a bit and facing the other way, the direction Emma's slap led it to. "When I say cure him, cure him. Don't go acting the way you deem fit." She added.

"But, Mrs. Knights, he can't-"

Emma kicked him with her foot in the middle of his leg causing him to hiss of the sharp pain. "Bring him back, even if you have to go to the other world and escort him back from it, or I'll personally send you there myself. You and each one of your staff." She threatened.

"Yes, Mrs. Knights." The doctor obliged.

"How was he?" Emma asked Puerto while she looked at the doctor running back inside the ICU and shooting orders at his staff.

She looked at him when he didn't answer fast.

"He was in a very bad shape, blood covering him everywhere. He had cuts and bruises all over his body, they seemed to have tortured him while he was stuck in the car after the crash. The doctors say he may never walk again even he was saved." Puerto said.

"Jürgen, what about I asked of you?" She asked instead of commenting.

"They're waiting for you in the dungeons of the Monarchs' palace." He answered.

"Let's go then." She said. "Guard him well, and if any of those doctors comes out without saving him, bury them with him. No one is to come out of this hospital alive if something happens to him." She ordered Sam and Puerto.

"Yes, young miss." They both said at the same time.

"And secure the hospital well, double or triple the security, do whatever it takes to make this place a fortress until everything is over." She added.

"On it." Sam said.

"Let's go." She said to Greta and Jürgen.

The trio, Emma, Greta, and Jürgen came to the Monarchs' palace in no time, and headed straight to the dungeons where the five people who turned on her were gathered along with few others.

"I'll cut the chase. You two who tried to give my daughter to my enemies to kill her, I'll be generous. Kill your kids and your wives, then you can end your lives of you want." She said when she entered the dungeons.

She signalled for Jürgen and Greta to supply them the weapons as she stripped her jacket and hung it one of the chairs. "And just so you know, I'm in no mood for any kinds of pleading. I'd much rather if you do what you're told without uttering a beep." She warned.

When she heard Greta sighing in frustration, she looked her way to see what got her irritated. She saw how the two men were shaking their heads in denial, pleading her to have mercy with their tearful eyes.

They knew better than to disobey her and voice their pleas out loud.

"You either do it yourself, painlessly, or they're going to the car crusher. Your choice." Emma told them the alternative.

She knew they knew how painfully the people who were sentenced to the car crusher died, they wouldn't want for their loved one to experience the same fate.

"As for the three of you, you were involved in revealing Müller's whereabouts, so your punishment is for you to choose your most cherished person for me to torture in front of you the same way Müller was torured. I brought everyone from your families to your lovers, pick one." Emma said.

"Hurry up before I bury all of them alive in front of you!" She snapped when they did not answer.

The three men that were having all of Emma's attention for now we're busy looking at their friends who were about to pull the trigger on their little children.

One of them was both saddened and angered by the scene that was taking place, so he shouted a loud and rushed 'stop' at his fellows before he stood up from his kneeling position.

"We never betrayed you, God damn it!" He shouted at Emma, angered by being pushed by everyone, angry that their loved ones were an easy target to every single person. "Do you honestly think we would be caught this easily if we were to turn our backs on you? You trained us after all." The man said.

"Explain." Emma ordered.

"We knew we can not alert Müller blatantly, especially since our families lives are on the line so we opted to our second best option. We let ourselves get caught, we purposefully let Müller catch on our movements around him and the little miss so that he could warn you before they take action. We knew we would be putting our lives and the lives of our loved ones in danger especially if you find out, but we chose to do it anyway because our loyalty has and will always be with you. We didn't know of the attack on Müller until it was already done." The man explained.

Emma looked at him for a while, reading his facial expressions for any sign of lying. "Bring them home." She ordered the guards with her when she came with none.

"Come on we have two last geezers to take care of." She said to Greta and Jürgen as she stood up, put her jacket on and exited the room with them.

Even though Emma didn't show it, deep down she was glad the people she considered family did not betray her.

Emma took her phone and dialled a number as she settled in the back seat of the car, waiting for Greta and Jürgen to take seats in the front seats of it.

"Michael, is your father home?" She inquired when the call connected as Jürgen drove out of the parking lot of the palace.

"Good, keep him there." She replied to what seemed to be a 'yes' from her ex.

A/N

Hey, lovelies.

I'm still terribly annoyed with the reads thing, but your comments and votes are the ones helping me finishing this story.

The next chapter was supposedly the last one, but I have few things to add, so there are two more chapters left before the epilogue instead of only one.

Hope you enjoy!

Don't forget to vote and comment.

Until next time.
