Third Person POV

"You're saying the old geezer wants us to meet?" Emma asked Jürgen rhetorically whilst smirking.

"Yes, he came to me at Ours and told me to get his message through." Jürgen confirmed.

"He didn't say anything else?" She asked.

"He only said that he has something urgent to tell you, something that you would want to know." Jürgen replied.

"Something urgent, you say." Emma repeated.

"What should I tell him?" He asked.

"Tell him I'll let him know when I have time." She said.

"But, you're not that bu-" Jürgen said before cutting himself when Emma shot him a glare. "I'm sorry, it's not my place to question you, I was just wondering why you aren't curious about this thing he has to tell you." He rushed out.

"I am curious, but he doesn't have to know that. That old man is a master at manipulation, he knows what to say to get what he wants, and I'm not about to fall for whatever scheme he's playing now. Let him wait for a week or two before you give him the green light to come to me." Emma explained. "And don't question my decisions again, Jürgen. I don't know how the Emma from before acted but I'm different. I will not tolerate such thing again." She warned sternly.

"I apologise, young miss." Jürgen bowed down slightly. He didn't care if this Emma is totally different from the one from years ago, he's loyalty lays with her because if not for her he would be locked away in a solitary cell in one of Italy jails that is if he's not murdered years ago.

She not only helped him get his revenge, but also provided him with a whole company of his own one that he didn't break a sweat for. Because of her he was one of the richest men on earth, something he never ever dreamt of not even in his very wildest dreams.

And if bearing her changed personality is something he had to deal with for the rest of his life, he would gladly do.

Müller did for way longer than him, he stayed unchanged despite her old self repeated urging of chilling out, and if Müller could pull it off then he sure as hell can.

Jürgen turned on his heels and headed to the door of the Knights' living room to go back to his company. He only came here to report what happened to Emma.

"He had the audacity to request a meeting with me! Does he think he's still my Papa?" Emma snorted as she mumbled to herself when she was left alone in the room.

"Yes, Müller." Emma said when she picked up the call from Müller.

"Everything's ready." He said.

"Did you double check everything? Is it safe?" She asked him.

"Yes, I did, young miss." He confirmed.

"Great, tomorrow we execute the plan." She said.

"Yes, young miss." Müller agreed. "Young miss?" He called out just before Emma hung up.

"Yes?"

"They're planning on disposing of her." He informed.

"Is the resource reliable?" She asked.

"Yes, I overheard him discussing it with his secretary." He told her. "They said she's no longer needed since they basically got the girl." He added.

"Pull her out." She ordered.

"She's not alone." He told her.

"Don't tell me she got involved when I told her not to!" Emma said frustrated.

"I'm afraid she did." He said.

"Is he trustworthy?"

"She trusts him." He said.

"I asked you, is he trustworthy to you?"

"I'm afraid I can't answer that since I didn't monitor him long enough to make that judgment yet." He told her.

Emma sighed, frustration could be heard in her voice. "Pull them both out."

"Problems could arise if his intentions turn out to be different from what he's letting on." Müller cautioned.

"We have to trust her judgement for now, we don't have time to look him up. Besides if that does turn out to be true, we could always get rid of him." She said. "Pull them out now and bring them to the safe house, make sure to go according to the plan we set up. No one should know we interfered or that they escaped." She told him.

"Understood, young miss." Müller said and Emma ended the phone call.

She stood up from her place to change Gisela's bandage and prepare her to her trip to her uncle's safe house.

That was until she was stopped at the bottom of the stairs with shouting and yelling coming from the door. She turned around, walked back to corridor that was leading to the door and stood in it.

She smirked when she saw who was causing the commotion.

"Well, well, if it isn't the Papa of the mafia. To whom do we owe the pleasure of this visit?" Emma's voice caused Rob to stop trying to get through the guards, whom stopped trying to keep him outside the door, in return.

"We need to speak!" He snapped, ignoring her sarcastic tone.

~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~

On a deserted road just outside the city, two SUVs filled with eight men, accompanying a man and a woman who were blindfolded and limbs tied tightly with ropes, obviously being kidnapped.

The woman was visibly shaking and terribly scared, the man tried his best to be the closest to her he could, to comfort her when he sensed how frightened she was, but there's only so much he could do with a blindfold on his eyes and restrained hands and feet.

So he opted to sticking close to her and whispering comforting words every now and then for her to at least know that she wasn't alone in this.

The cars came to an abrupt halt when two cars came from in front of them and blocked their way and were soon after followed by a third one that stayed behind them, preventing them for going back if they tried.

The driver came out to inquire on what was going on, and the reason they were stopped.

"Wha-" he, however, was cut off with a bullet hole in between his eyes.

The other men in the car came out each with their guns when they heard the loud thump of the driver's body hitting the ground.

However, they too didn't have the chance to use their guns since the cars were already surrounded with armed men, they all were wearing masks from the nose down and their guns pointed to doors of the cars where the men just came out of.

The kidnappers were busy preparing their guns to use, only for them to hold them up with their hands high in the air, a gesture of surrender when they saw they were surrounded.

"Drop them." Came a deep voice of who seemed to be the head of the group that attacked them.

They did, their hands not moving an inch from above their heads.

"On your knees." The same voice ordered once again.

They complied, fear for their lives evident in their eyes.

"No need to fear anything as long as the woman in the back is unscathed." The deep voice of the masked man assured.

The head of the masked men signed to one of his men with his head to go bring the two from the car.

When they were out of the car, the man inspected the woman for any injuries and found her dress almost completely ripped. His eyes blazed with pure rage as he scrutinised every inch of body for more injuries.

She seemed quite cautious of his gaze as she kept squirming left and right trying to cover even a small bit of herself.

The head of the group stripped his jacket off and handed it to the man that was helping her standing properly to cover what's exposed of her lower body with, as another one went inside one of the cars and brought a shawl for her to wrap around her upper body after he finished checking her for injuries.

When they were finished covering her, and put her and the man in one of the cars.

The man turned his enraged gaze to the ones kneeled in front of him before he stretched his hand out to one of his men and a knife was handed to him. "I take back my earlier statement, you can fear me now." He said, an evil glint lip up his darkened orbs.

He grabbed one of the kneeling men roughly with his collar and dragged him up in an almost super human power so that he was in level with his eyes, he used his knife to cut through the side of his neck all the way down his collarbone.

He, then, threw him down on the ground, in a clearing, away from the cars but made sure everyone could still see him.

He left him trying frantically to stop the enormous amount of blood that was oozing from the cut on his neck before one of the man's men poured some gasoline on him.

The man lit a lighter and looked at the screaming and pleading man and smirked a coldly evil smirk at him. "Catch it if you can." He mocked as he threw it at him, burning him alive.

The woman flinched as she watched him setting the beast in him free, he seemed so lethal at that very moment, unlike the calm and collected man she saw on daily basis.

"Y- you're m- Müller, aren't you?" One of the men who were leaning questioned, scared beyond words.

"All the more reason for me to kill you all, now that you know who I am." Müller said, confirming the man's words indirectly.

"If the boss finds out, if the the elders find out they'll kill you for treason!" The man blabbed incoherently, an attempt to scare him enough to let the rest of them go.

"If anyone's going to die is them, for conspiring against the Monarchs." Müller retorted.

He then rounded the kneeling men in a blink before swiftly slitting each of their throats. They all came crashing down from their kneeling positions, on the ground, lifeless.

He signed for his men to pour gasoline on the dead bodies and burn them to get rid of any evidence on how they actually died.

Müller knew the elders won't go investigating how a rankles group of their men died, especially after how he made it seem like it was a theft.

When the bodies were burnt the men unwrapped a burnt body of a woman from the body bag they brought with them, and threw it with the others. So that they don't suspect anything, he wanted them to think she died along with them for his plan to succeed since they won't really care how many of their men died as long as they did the job assigned to them.

He took a seat in the back of one of the cars and closed his eyes as his men got inside the cars and drove back to the city, to the safe house Emma prepared for the duo they just saved, to be exact.
