Savanna Ruins (5)

While navigating the ruins, Sebastian kept a vigilant watch. As he scanned for clues about his companions among the debris and corpses.

As he searched for signs of Leo, Calvin, and Kenway, he saw only death and destruction wrought by the recent battle.

The corpses of the moundfang termites were scattered about, their chitinous bodies shattered and broken by the relentless assault of the skeletal sentinels' weapons. But none of his companions were among the dead.

While walking carefully, Sebastian made his way across a square, slinking from cover to cover.

An eerie silence now hung over the ruins, the sounds of chittering and clacking mandibles fading as most of the moundfang termites had now moved on from the area.

Still, he kept his guard up as he followed the route. He believed his friends might have been successful in their escape.
