DNA TEST

"Let's have breakfast, it's almost time for you to leave for Oasis," Maisie said to Aella after waking her up.

"Okay" replied Aella as she headed to the bathroom to shower.

Before she left the room, Maisie shouted:

"I'll wait for you downstairs, don't take too long."

"Okay" Aella replied

As maisie walked down the stairs, she kept thinking about her family, she had no idea what was going on at the Pearls mansion or what their plan was, it's been a while and she hasn't heard from them, she didn't know what to think and didn't want to rush to a quick conclusion on how Glacier and Aella being father and daughter.

In fact, she had long since distanced herself from her family, because she didn't want to get caught in the heir selection battle against her siblings, but it seems she will have to pay a visit there to get more information.

On the one hand, she would prefer it if Aella was Glacier's daughter so that at least he could have some happiness in his life. But, on the other hand, she is aware that Glacier and Aella have the same temperament therefore she felt that if they lived together Aella and Glacier would spend all their days ignoring each other.

They really were alike in almost every way

Glacier is a very tall man with a statue of 1.98 meters, light skin tone, broad shoulders, majestically handsome, he is the second member in the Pearl family apart from his grandfather who had golden eyes, well-defined natural white hair, white eyebrows and eyelashes, he's like someone out of a fantasy book just like Aella, he always has that stone cold attitude which makes others afraid of him, and his whole persona and Aura screamed danger.

Meanwhile if you look at Aella, there is not much difference, except for Aella's skin tone which is dark brown, which is the same skin tone as her mother Violet, Glacier's grandfather and some of Pearl's family members.

Aella have long, curly white hair that reached her waist line, she have well-defined white eyelashes and eyebrows with two beautiful golden eyes gorgeous just like Glacier's, she is tall with a stunning figure as well as two slender long legs. She and Glacier have a majestic and incomparable beauty.

Maisie went to her room, applied some makeup, she dressed elegantly and then went to the dining hall, where she found Aella already seated at the table enjoying her breakfast.

"Aella dear, I have a favor to ask you", she said with a smile.

" What is it?"

"I need a sample of your blood and hair," she blurted out.

Aella raised her eyebrows as she looked at her questioningly.

"Hm, what are you plotting?"

"Ashh, it's nothing, it's just... it's nothing really," Maisie flustered. "EEHEMM! MMHH" she cleared her throat "it's just to see if you're healthy, in case you have health problems."

"Is that so?" said Aella without taking her eyes off Maisie lying to her face.

"Yes, it is."

"...Okay, then what do I need to do, shall we go to a hospital?" she surrendered upon realizing that Maisie was not going to tell her the real reason behind the blood sampling, anyway, she trusts Maisie and knows that she has no ill intentions

"T... there's no need for that. I already contacted a friend of mine who is a doctor, he's on his way here" Maisie said rubbing her hands together with excitement,

FINALLY!!! after waiting for four months, she was finally going to get their DNA test.

This morning Lucien contacted her, after days and hours trying to convince Glacier and Lucien ( through lies of course), they finally agreed to take the samples, she told them to send him to Dr. Travis.

While they were talking, Estelo the butler entered the dining room announcing.

"Dr. Travis is waiting in the living room, Mrs. Maisie."

"Thank you Estelo, let's go Aella" Maisie dragged Aella into the living room.

Watching as she literally dragged Aella, Estelo muttered to himself "as expected of Madame, she is the only person who would treat Miss Aella like that without suffering the consequences."

*** Minutes later***

"Travis, it's been a while since I've seen you," Maisie said shaking hands with a short elder with long grey beard sitting on the large sofa in the living room with a cup of tea in his hand.

"Yes, we haven't seen each other since you left the Pearl mansion" he smiled "how have you been Maisie?"

" Everything fine.... all good, did you bring it all?" Maisie said hurrying over to Mr. Travis, who was still quietly sipping his tea.

"That's right-..... Cough! Cough!" Mr. Travis choked, he was caught by surprise at the sight of the stunning young lady that emerged behind Maisie.

He pulled Maisie's arm, they moved a few feet away from Aella, he softly utters.

"Maisie, who is she, why does she look so much like young Glacier, what's going on?"

"Right!!! she looks a lot like my second brother, that was also my reaction when I saw my niece for the first time!" said Maisie excitedly

"Niece!" he gasped, dumbfounded.

Aella, who was standing behind them watched as they murmured to each other, took out her phone and saw a message from her Master, Otiz.

[Hello, my dear and precious Aella, how are you on this miserable day...eh...? You are very well? How great I'm glad].

("....")

[Aella: Oh, what a MIRACLE, you still remember that you have a daughter disciple. What happened, did you run out of money?]

After opening the jewelry store in Sion, with Juhen's help, Aella invested the rest of the money in a company that was about to go bankrupt.

She and her Uncle Juhen met with the owner of the company and with his help they came to an agreement with the owner. Uncle Juhen even helped her set up two more companies.

First: the company she invested in is called Mayen S Company (S for Scarlet), the aim is to research, upgrade and provide healing pills, elixirs and potions. There is another building right next to Mayen's company, which is a training school for future doctors called "Sion Medical Training Academy", which was set up by Juhen Uncle.

The other companies is called Blue Ocean, its a jewelry company that she started using the crystals and jade stones she had found in the wilds to create unique and beautiful jewelry. And finally, the last company is 'Red Force Association', which is a martial arts academy, that was Grandma's idea.

But she wasn't going to tell Otiz about any of them.

[Otiz: ..... (^_^;)]

[Otiz: W-what? Wait... [Juhen was also with you? that useless brother of mine who is only concerned for his business and work?]

[Otiz: I see, it's his fault that you're so invested to learn about businesses. Instead of helping me, he helps you, isn't he supposed to be my brother? Ahh my life... Ahh my nights out... my parties（π ー π）

[Otiz: So you opened a jewelry store behind your Master's back? Ouch, I'm so hurt! Ouch the betrayal!]

[Otiz: You should have told me, I could have helped... somehow]

[Aella: Of course, I wasn't going to tell you anything, I didn't want to go bankrupt because of you, lazybones]

[Aella: Okay, bye bye].

Aella shut off her phone and walked over to Maisie.

[Otiz: Are you really going to leave like that?]

[Otiz:.....Aellaaaaaaa]

Aella ignored her phone and focused her attention on the two busybodies who had their backs to her.

"Maisie, did you just say she's your niece? Is she really Glacier's daughter?" asked Mr. Travis.

"That's what has me confused too because she's supposed to be Lucien's legitimate daughter."

"Lucien?" Travis gossiped.

" Yes "

"But she doesn't look anything like Lucien and his wife, she looks more like Glacier and Violet" he said puzzled. "Have you told Glacier yet? They just handed me their samples, they didn't tell me anything about it. I'd be happier if Glacier was the father," Mr. Travis said, sighing.

"They don't know yet. I invited them here today because of that," Maisie said bluntly.

Travis looked at her in surprise and said.

" Who?"

"Glacier and Lucien."

His jaw dropped in shock.

"They need to know," she said trying to persuade Travis.

DING DONG the doorbell rang, minutes later Estelo entered the room and said.

"Madame young master Lucien and young master Glacier are here.

Petrified with astonishment were Maisie and Travis.
