1. Rising Cloud Dawn

Rising Dawn was the actual name for the small boy with black hair and blank orange eyes. He preferred to call himself Rise however. It was another normal day in the life of the poor boy. Abuse, verbal abuse, bullying, shunned, if you can think of it, it probably happened. Because of such events Rise turned out to be someone who hated the world, he also had big ambitions too. However, something was off today, large vortexes appeared everywhere and sucked in everyone around. It was a calamity as some people liked to call it. The Earth became barren and desolate- nah, I jest. The Earth became prosperous and beautiful once again without humans. But Earth isn't the focus of my story, Rise is. As the boy awoke, he was incredible cold. He was in a sort of winter biome, where the sky is blocked by the violent hail and depressing clouds. It sucked, for others anyway.

[Hello Rising Cloud Dawn, you and your race have been selected to fight on behalf of the Sky Goddess. Yet, for a reason you've been rejected by her. Heh, unfortunate much right? Well, do not fret dear human, for I the Ice Undead King has taken you as my follower. Albeit my only follower, but that doesn't matter much anyways. As my only follower, you are entitled to a lot more benefits then a normal follower of other Gods and Goddess would.]

Rise looked at the piece of text with confusion, but as he read he smiled. As a normal thirteen year old, they should've been terrified. But was Rise normal? No, he saw the worst in humanity for years, his entire life even. "What benefits do I get?" Rise asked the air. No one spoke back to him, instead a new textbox came up.

[As my only follower, you will get my special and rare gift, one of the only evolvable talents ever. The Snow Necromancer. You are a necromancer of ice beings. As a follower of the Ice Undead King, you get some of my own lesser followers.]

Rise nodded. "Would these followers be under my control?"

[Yes, I will cut off my connection to them. Otherwise I won't be able to send the to you. Damn Sky Goddess hates us Undead beings a lot. Can't say I blame her though.]

[Anyways, you are my only follower and apostle. Go and spread the ice and insanity. Go on, for you are no longer JUST Rising Cloud Dawn, but Rising Snow Cloud Dawn.]

Rise watched as the boxes faded away.

[Rising Snow Cloud Dawn.

Job: Main; Lord. Secondary; None.

Race: Human.

Tier: White-Copper-Beginning Common.

Talent: Snow Necromancer.

Skills: None.

Remark: Whilst my only follower, you're weak and pathetic. Go get stronger or something, I gave you some territory.]

Rise looked behind him as he saw a small seven meter by seven meter wooden hut be constructed from nowhere. Along with it, a sort of stone portal was made. It wasn't large, but it was something. Rise took his time, the snow storm was very cold. Like how the floor was made of floor. He couldn't see very far because of the snow, so he went inside the small wooden hut. The hut had a simple table, five candles, a wooden desk and chair. This was his Lord Hut, really imposing name huh? Rise then proceeded to leave the hut and went to the stone portal whilst covering his face.

[Summon Subjects?]

"Yes." Rise may not know what that'd do, but it was something.

Out of the portal came five people. They wore heavy winter coats, not modern Earth coats, but a sort of robe and jacket. My description somewhat makes sense. One of them had a sort of chef's hat badge on his coat. Three of them had non, while the last one had a spear for a badge. But they weren't humans, exactly. They were incredibly pale and had sharp fangs. They were vampires or more accurately the sub-species Frost Vampires. There were two females and three males.

"My Lord?" The spear badge asked.

"Yes?" Rise answered.

"Do you have any accommodations for us?" Rise froze a little, crap.

Thus the story ended- nah I jest. Rise brought the five into his hut, he didn't trust them much, but it should be fine somewhat? Rise sighed, he looked at their statuses.

[Wendy James

Job: Chef.

Race: Frost Vampire.

Potential: Green-Iron-Adept Uncommon.

Tier: White-Rock Common.

Racial Talents: Frost Immunity; The frost vampire is immune to the cold and frost, a very valuable talent that can be exploited in war and other endeavors.

Skills: Adept Cooking; Wendy is an adept cook, she can make simple meals. That is the limit to her power however.

Remark: One of my least loyal species to date, they don't even know I exist. These idiots worship the Blood Moon Goddess. Have fun making them loyal. Consider this a test.]

[Blue Quinn

Job: Spearman.

Race: Frost Vampire.

Potential: Blue-Gold-Adept Rare.

Tier: White-Copper Common.

Racial Talents: Frost Immunity; The frost vampire is immune to the cold and frost, a very valuable talent that can be exploited in war and other endeavors.

Skills: Novice Spearmen; Blue is a novice spearman, he isn't the best but he isn't the worst either. He is only slightly better than the average man in spears.

Remark: One of my least loyal species to date, they don't even know I exist. These idiots worship the Blood Moon Goddess.. Have fun making them loyal. Consider this a test.]

Rise looked at his new subordinates, this was going to fun somewhat. He sighed, right now it was currently the morning of day one for all Lords and Ladies. What he needed now was to hunt beasts for resources. It should be common sense right? As Rise pulled up his status screen again, he saw an additional feature in the top right, beside his subordinates status windows. It was called World Chat. So Rise pulled it up. Hundreds of thousands of comments were made each second... he was going to read a few.
