All the will-level existences were discussing if they should give the position of the Lord of All Races to Zhou Zhou and they were discussing it very seriously.
The position of the Lord of All Races was too special. Once someone had the position of the Lord of All Races, no matter how weak the other party was, their status would instantly increase to the same level as "Them".
Coupled with the fact that the Lord of All Races could command the army of the myriad races, it seemed that his actual authority far exceeded that of the will-level existences present.
This was because will-level existences were too extraordinary. In fact, they did not develop any overly powerful factions in the myriad worlds.
