Over the past few years, Donald Johnson had been expanding the overseas market. It wasn't that he had anticipated trouble in Priocia, but rather that he had already extracted the maximum possible profit from the city.

He had hunted down all the areas he could expand into, and he was not in a hurry to explore those he couldn't enter. For years, he had been growing his overseas influence and had even transferred a large part of his assets from Priocia abroad.

Because of the current crisis, although the losses were substantial, they were still within an acceptable range.
