A new town

Loretha looked out the car and watched the new town in a blur, her mum and dad conversed softly in the front sit. They were moving for the sixth time in two years, and loretha was so tired of starting over again. she had to make new friends in school and home and church and she was fast getting tired of the routine.

" honey, are you okay? " Loretta's mum, Lucy, asked

" I'm okay mum" she replied without looking at her . I'm anything but okay she said in her mind.

"don't worry, you'll adjust as usual" her dad said. Her dad worked as a Managing Director in the well known cadbury inc . he gets shifted time and time again, and Daniel Monroe never felt the need to reject the transfer cos he 'enjoys' it, according to him

Loretha sighed. she can't wait to get into college . she has one more year in middle school and She'll be in college. her only chance at a stable life.
