“Where’d you pick her from?” Deb, standing at akimbo, asked her father.

“She found me here”

’Has she been acting strange, like..weird or…”

“Yeah she has”

“What’s she doing?”

“Wandering around the house at night, sleeps while sitting on the bed….

“You mean she sits and sleep?” David interrupted.

“Yea…almost threw him out last night” Deb’s father replied.

’Gross”

“Yea…just like the strange girl called Eleven in ‘Stranger things’…”

“Eleven lies down while sleeping” David scoffed.

“No she doesn’t”

“You didn’t watch the original ‘Stranger Things’…” David added.

“Deb” Amanda called her and she turned immediately.

“Can I talk to you for a minute?” she said, heading outside. Deb sighed and followed her. David stared at Claire and turned his eyes to Deb’s father who smiled aggressively at him.

“David and I can’t stay here with your father and that kid, I-I’m sorry but it’s very risky for us both, for we all” Amanda, looking at Deb, said.
