MASSIVE SPOILERS READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I made this and a few other Docs as a guide before writing the story.

Main Character: Octavian Caesar Augustus (later king of the modified constitutional monarchy and republic Aegis) (Aegis monarch = Military Commander-In-Chief.)

Code: Caesar

Description:

Caesar Augustus was born in his father's worn-out house. He possessed the highest natural psi index grade of 10.5. However, due to his father's experiments, his potential rose even further but buried all chances at recognition…at that time the confederacy could not scan for void energy. (Officially it is 5(average))

It is later verified that his psionic index grade is 11.5 thanks to his father's machinations.

Caesar spent his early years hiding in his father's books while growing into a socially awkward and very blunt kid. (His father's version of family bonding was teaching the boy anything related to laser/plasma-based technology…Caesar is more passionate about warp drives.)

Raised in the slums of Tarsonis; Caesar spent his early years scavenging for old tech and learning from the mafia.

Hated by most, Caesar is the guy that knows he's better than you and wants you to know. Why? Because your stupidity is insufferable, and knowledge is everywhere.

He's a 7 foot male, who possesses a near-perfect build, with stunningly great black hair, light-grey eyes, clear skin, and a jawline that ooze's sex appeal. When he's angry his eyes glow green; post-re-augmentation the veins around his fists, chest, feet glow dark green.

Personality Description:

Octavian Caesar Augustus is an extremely rational male, whose main ideas center around Pragmatism (A pragmatic person is concerned more with matters of fact than with what could or should be. A pragmatic person's realm is results and consequences.)

He show's extreme dislike for emotionally unstable men and women. And he believes that they should only be used as cannon fodder during times of war.

Hate the name Octavian.

Is highly passionate about learning and creating new things.

Dislikes his Wrangler, Kalen. And Arcturus Mengsk

Psionic Abilities: (Due to his father's experiments Caesar's psionic energy was mutated, with void energy.) #Note: some powers arrive later in the story. #

Shiva: Caesar's body releases an aura of his harmful psionic energy (Prolonged exposure will cause hallucinations and mental degradation.) (REWORK later mid-story!)

Technopathy: This allows the user to link with and control machines, as well as link with organic minds. Users can also sense and perceive the signals they produce. (HIS FIRST REAL ABILITY AND IS THE KEY TO A LOT OF HIS GROUNDBREAKING SUCCESS.)

Mind Control: Self-explanatory (Users will must be stronger than targets.) (Common ability amongst grade 10 and higher!)

Mind block(passive): After years of practice and abuse Caesar's mind hardened, protecting him from most intrusions.

Controlled precognition: This allows the user to see from 2-15 seconds ahead. #NOTE: Early in the story it is basic but evolves as the story goes on. (Cap this at 15 secs during daily use.) (He learns it due to Karen's years of abuse. Caesar's precognition is an improved version of Protoss Zealots.)

Telekinesis: advanced

Agonizing storm: Caesar unleashes a storm of his tainted psionic energy in the form of bright green-dark green lightning. (Strongest attack; learned studying Protoss templars.) (EMP effect!) (ModifyLATER!)

Dark bolt: Caesar fires a concentrated ball of psionic energy. (Adjustable size)

Cataclysm: After condensing an obscene amount of psionic energy around his body, Caesardetonates a massive blast that leaves said area covered in his energy. (EMP effect!) (Exposure to this area will cause hallucination and permanent mental damage.) (LATER)

flashy blink: Caesar teleports in any direction. A hue of green appears (Much, much later in the story cap this at 20 meters. At the start it's 2.)

Baleful Armour: Caesar surrounds his body in a faint layer of psionic energy, creating a temporary armor that will cloak Caesar. (His eyes still give off a faint light-green hue.)

- Can be enhanced further with psionic energy but will come at the cost of cloaking effect.

X-factor: its plot armor. No really, It's this story's version of plot armor.

ASSIMILATION: devours the essence and psionic energy of recently fallen people. (MUCH! MUCH! LATER!!) (Weaker beings offer little to nothing) (ability only available amongst grade 12+)

Description:

The youngest of three Kelly's family holds a decent amount of power within the confederacy and her family sees her as a disposable talentless child. When they find out she has psionic potential they throw her away like trash…Even though her Psi potential measured in at 8.5!

Hates her birth family.

A misunderstood, 5'8 white male with short black hair and a massive that stretches up the left side of his face. People think he's a thug but that's far from the case.

Him not improving over a long period of time is a big point for his character.

His instincts are seconded to none.

Description:

She's a 5'9 black-haired female. Who's a quiet, but hard-working and highly militaristic female that demands respect and will snap your neck if you don't give it.

She possesses an unusual love for classic music, high-powered guns, and telekinesis. She'll bend a bullet to your head and rip your ship out the sky. (The latter is done later in the story.)

Her accuracy with a gun is something few can rival.

A quite 6'2 woman who is an extreme workaholic, this black-haired Japanese/Brazilian female's personality only comes out during combat or in a lab.

Growing up she dreamt of being a normal person girl. And within her new family, this is normal, which makes her happy.

Loves anything related to science (she specializes in biology)

Long term relationship with Caesar

Kind of Introverted

A brilliant but sadistic doctor who loves battle and pain.

Mend: using psi she can mend the wounds

Consumption: feeds on somebody's vitality, then converts it to psionic energy. (Victoria must possess a greater will or said person must be willing.)

Resurgence (passive): when the user is near death, their remaining psi is released blasting nearby enemies away and healing the user. (WON'T BE SEEN FOR A WHILE.)

Raised in the slums, Kai possesses what the confederacy thought to be the highest level of psionic. Outside of combat Kai is a calm nice guy, who is always, gauges those around people.

He stands at 6'4 tall well-built guy with short black and is seen as that cool but unapproachable everybody dreams of talking with.

Personality Description:

Kai enjoys reading psychology and has become adept at reading people and their intentions.

Extremely patient and is willing to wait years to kill those he hates!

Psychometry: an ability that allows the user to obtain information on an individual through making physical contact with an object which belongs to them. (It's the ability to sense previous mental impressions)

A 7'1 slender light brown male with long golden hair and a growing fan club, women adore him and he knows it. Manipulations his game and anyone's a target, unlike Kai, he studies Psychology and the dramatic arts only to improve that skill. (Update post specter augmentation)

A hard-working auburn eyed passionate recruit, who most see as trash due to his and barely passable Pi level of 5.

A short charismatic male with a great body.

A kind-hearted man who dreamt about building a better country for the civilians to live in. His work ethic and distaste for the confederacy drives them pre and post-death.

Is killed by Kalen; confederacy shrugs off death and Ingrid's dad tells them. "It's a blessing now go thank Kalen."

She loves to teach her students and hopes they all become strong ghosts; for her, that means she succeeded.

Due to a wayward mission, Suki was forced to become a teacher.

Knows the kids dislike the confederacy but says nothing…she too has grown sick of it.
