Chapter 32: A Family to Be | Goo x Mystery Guest| Departure (1)

Back at the modern kitchen inside Goo's house, Awase currently sitting down while holding an an open notebook on his right hand. The young lad seems to be struggling to come up of something as he lightly taps his head with a pen.

"Hey Awase" A voice hollered out to him, "Have you seen Vache I could've sworn he was right beside me?" Awase heard this and winced as he felt something heavy hanging on his right shoulder shoulder. He turned, it was none other than an a blonde Korean with glasses, who now stood and seems to be raring to go do something fun

"Geez Goo-nim you scared me a bit" Awase sighed in relief since it was his blonde friend's action and then decided to go back to his own world but was was stopped as he got distracted at Goo's stare, "What're you doing Awase?" the blonde inquired making Awase pause for a sec then answered, "I'm currently just writing down ideas on what I should do back home in my world"

Goo looked at him and decided to not stay there any longer, "Okay just tell Vache to meet me outside if you see him" Awase nodded at what the blonde said while adding, "Also, whatever you're thinking Awase it's best that you don't overthink much on how take of your family" Goo smiled, leaving Awase inside the kitchen with his words lingering in the young Japanese's head and went outside for a stroll

18:27 PM

"Ehe to think Hyung-nim (Goo) found out" I laughed a bit. It caught me off guard that he guessed my worried thoughts so accurately. 'No wonder Vache said to be careful when Goo-nim is bored, he must've been going detective at some point he has nothing better to do' I thought not knowing that wasn't the main reason

'Goo's right, I should probably just-' *Slam* "Aaaaaaah!!" a scream I did due to hearing a large thud sound that scared the life out of me. When I got my act together, I witnessed a blue glow emanating from the living room so I went over to check the situation and exited the kitchen

"Ooow" walking into, I see Vache lying down on the ground groaning in pain as he struggled to get a bit before finally he stood while uttering a sentence "I didn't expect this to happen" taking the words out off my mouth.

"Are you ok?" Inspecting Vache's appearance feeling worried for this hyung a bit he appeared to be fine at the most part minus the strange situation with a flash of light appearing out of nowhere. Making me think of what they said yesterday about a space different from the Intersection Hall which was the l Tower similar to labriynths from mangas I've read so I am eager to know what explanation I can get from Vache as I assume it must be related to that because of Goo description that blue light occurs and disappears when they returned.

*~~Growl~~* "No I feel hungry is sinigang ready now? I'M REALLY HUNGRY!!!" I nodded while Vache's stomach grumbled, further emphasizing the truth in the purple haired man's words. I sighed while informing my purple haired Hyung that dinner unfortunately ain't ready yet, "plus it's only been 14 minutes or so when you left me alone in my workspace" I added as Vache, whom I'm talking to looks quite defeated while uttered the word sinigang laced with longing.

Seeing Vache in that state made Awase wince at the weird moment, carving out a suggestion to the shounen protagonist's mind, 'Probably best leave him for now' he left to and went back to his duties cooking dinner

Vache on the other hand, finally got up and sat back shifting to a fetal position muttering the seconds left before food's ready for him to dine in, this went on for 8 minutes until he then went to Goo afterwards. Vache didn't realize but he's one step closer to getting another achievement and it's all because of food.

1 Hour and 13 Minutes Later...

Humming near the pot of sinigang fully cooked that I had now its taste, 'It's like my usual foods being decent and all that' I thought nodding at how tonight's supper

"Sinigang!!!" "Hhhhiii!!" Getting jump scared by the enthusiastic words yelled, I immediately could it was Vache, who was obviously eager to eat something nice for a while now.

I landed a punch on his shoulders for that. "Even if you're hungry, you shouldn't surprise me like that!" I exclaimed, still recovering from the surprise all while the background Goo was laughing unnoticed

Everyone and myself in a few moments later finally decided to sit down and eat lunch. I can see them scarfing out their meal while we also ended up ranting off about different topics from training, foods, and different cultures it nices not until Goo asked something that made me avert my gaze

"So Awase, are Yuu still having a hard time with how to make a family or what?" I inquired my junior while carefully hiding integrating a pun with a nonchalant expression and with proper pronunciation. Though I doubt that Yuu will get the joke as he appeared to be hesitant to answer while simultaneously scratching head. Vache other hand, was just staring at me with a deadpan expression. 'Come on that was a good one though' I thought

"Well.." My attention was then back to Yuu, who sadly only mustered up the guts to finally answer, "Well what~~?" I said in a teasing tone, "Well I honestly have no idea how to make one" Awase said in a somber tone that it made me and Vache to only keep our mouths shut as he the continued

"I mean I didn't have a good but also bad relationship with my mom. We just felt apart most of the time with her business as an actress while I stayed home practicing making it difficult to me on comprehend what to do on how to make a happy family" Awase explained while I see his expression somewhat tinged with regret as he answered

"But why do want to have a happy family?" I asked. 'Of course I already know why, it must've been the mom. Yuu has already shown somethings that remind me of genres with a main character's goal being to fulfill a dying or already deceased relatives. Don't know if it's the former or the latter but Yuu's goal is to make a happy family.

Vache seems to or more likely does know about his story because he seemed to look like he's remembering a past info when we met Yuu for the first time in person. But I doubt he'll spill it out Awase's details so I'll just let them say it willingly

Now back to Awase's answer 'What a surprise he actually did it because of his mom' I thought to myself with sarcasm after hearing the full story. I mean I was right in the money

Yuu's mom, Subaru definitely gave him one goal that'll certainly beget an interesting outcome which can possibly be a harem/polygamy because of how he explained that he's living with three sisters. I mean from my perspective it's the only thing that make sense to me. Vache sadly changed the topic but I didn't mind much since I already had a good while seeing Awase looking flustered to speak in moments, giving me a few interesting images of this trap of ours.

Two hours went by but to me honestly, it felt more like a couple of minutes. Now I'm just staying at my bedroom on the second floor reading some comics I brought to this place, scrolling the next after reading the characters monologue it was nice till something came up "You seem to be enjoying quite a lovely story" my body tensed after a feminine voice chimed in to my room. What made me tense was the fact that I didn't sense them and it wasn't Vache's or Yuu's voice

I turned to see a female figure who appears to be quite hot like way more mature with curve in all the right places. She wore sports shoes, black jeans, a grey crop top showing her waist and then to add a bit more "coolness" to this beauty is the jacket hanging over her shoulders. 'Gosh she's way more beatiful than Crystal'

I would flirt with a beautiful chick like herself but it's too suspicious that she came out of nowhere. So I continued staring at the figure with no hostile look rather curiosity, "You don't seem to be so wary about me tho I'm glad since I don't intend to hurt you or anything" she reassured me with smile

"My name is Hannah, you can consider me as a "Bored Investor" and I'm going to be straight with you blonde. I want to give you a system of your own" "...Well this is a bombshell" I commented the honest peice in my head as my excitement is swelling up "Please explain" I requested of Hannah, who showed me sly smile

21:35 PM (2 minutes before Goo met with Hannah)

"Ok phew that's done" I wiped off the small sweat that formed on my forehead. "Well you seem to doing well" I turned to see Vache who was holding two coke cans and handed over one to me while we went to sit down on the steps of the staircase. I popped open his welcomed treat, guzzlimg down down the sweet carbonated drink before stopping as an "Aaaah" sound left my mouth emphasizing my satisfied reaction.

I then looked at Vache who showed an a small arch of a smile on his face, "Good luck Awase" the purple haired Hyung said without turning his head or eyes at my direction. I nodded at response at what he meant before I finally stood up from my sitting position and went back to my world through the help of Vache's System

When I got back by portal, my previous fatigue vanished and instead was replaced with a rejuvenated feeling. From what Vache told me is that when I leave my world to his current location, the concept of time between this world and Teyvat is that they're have very different frequency meaning that time in my world's case, moves slower

Why is this relevant? Because my body doesn't come through to Teyvat only my "soul" did as my physical vessel was basically an anchor to stuck to the universe's plane and cannot be moved. Otherwise, the consequences would be annoying to handle or experience but back to the topic. When my soul leaves and traverses, my body will remain stagnant until my soul, returns back

"I guess I should watch some of mom's old family roles. Maybe I can find an answer" Awase suggested innocently not knowing he's going enact a rather shocked expression that Vache would pay to see declaring his plan to the sisters.
