The manga shop, Manga Impact.
After Yaoyao left the shop, Xiangling returned to the Wanmin restaurant. Meanwhile, Xingqiu and Chongyun sat on chairs inside the store to read the manga.
Ever since Chongyun entered the shop, he felt the air being quite cool considering that early August was summer. So he looked around. And he found a strange device blowing up a cold wind in the surroundings.
"Xingqiu, do you know what that is?"
"Hmmm, it's something like a propeller. But, it strangely produced cold air."
Xingqiu is no stranger to a thing such as a propeller because the Feiyun Commerce Guild is involved in various kinds of trades. So, Xingqiu recognized the Portable Air Conditioner working like a propeller when he saw it for the first time. He just wanted to know where Ryūhei got such a thing.
"I'll ask him later." Xingqiu said inwardly.
On the other hand, Chongyun focused on the second volume of the Dragon Ball manga.
At the point where he read about Master Roshi meeting Bulma at Mt. Frying Pan, Chongyun blushes because Master Roshi asked for one perverted condition in exchange for putting out the fire so that Bulma can get the Dragon Ball, in the burning castle.
"How come there is such a perverted old man like Master Roshi? Isn't he the world's number one martial artist?"
Even so, Chongyun was still fascinated by the story and wanted to know how Master Roshi put out the fire. Judging from Master Roshi's appearance, Chongyun doubted his ability to put out the flames covering the mountain that had the castle standing on top of it.
The next few pages, however, Chongyun was dumbfounded.
"This…"

Master Roshi's thin figure suddenly transformed into a bulky and muscular body.
"Gehhh!" Goku and Co were so shocked by the transformation.
Meanwhile, Yamcha who hid behind the wall exclaimed in a low voice.
"That's the Kamehameha Wave. It's Master Roshi's finest technique, which is said to concentrate the energy in one's body and then expel it all at once. But I've... I've never seen it in action before. T-To think I'd be able to see it with my naked eyes now!!!"
And then, Master Roshi took a stance. He drew and concentrated the energy or Ki into a single point which was his cupped hands.
"Ka—Me—Ha—Me—Ha!!!"
Then Master Roshi thrust his cupped hands forward to shoot out a streaming and powerful energy wave.
*Boom*
And with a burst of Kamehameha, he managed to extinguish the fire.
At that moment, the owner of the castle, who was none other than one of Master Roshi's disciples, opened his mouth.
"Umm, Master Roshi. You certainly put out the fire. But…"
"What?"
"The mountain and my castle… are all gone!"
"Eh? Looks like I got too excited! Ehe…"

"What the…" Chongyun was amazed by the technique Master Roshi demonstrated in the manga that could even destroy a mountain.
"What is it, Chongyun?" Xingqiu wondered what made Chongyun overreact like that. Then, Chongyun showed some pages in the manga where Master Roshi destroyed a mountain with Kamehameha.
"That's quite something. If someone like Master Roshi was real, perhaps he would be on the same level as the Adepti. Or at least close to that level." Xingqiu said. Then he looked in Ryūhei's direction. "This guy really has a lot of imagination. It makes me want to split his head open and see what's going through his mind."
Xingqiu held his chin and said in his mind.
"This so-called energy is like the internal energy commonly used by martial art practitioners. But this is the first time I've seen someone make a story that internal energy can be released like this. Can this technique be applied in the real world? Perhaps I should ask someone knowledgeable in this aspect. But wait, isn't this energy wave thingy similar to the technique Ryūhei unleashed when I helped him to complete his commissions after meeting him for the first time?"
Xingqiu still remembered when Ryūhei released his technique. At that time, he saw a blue orb that he created to crush the enemies. Although the concept and shape were different from the Kamehameha, Xingqiu believed that the Kamehameha was inspired by Ryūhei's technique. It might be that Ryūhei could unleash Kamehameha like Master Roshi as well.
"Did he just reveal something big through his manga?"
Anyway, it was just Xingqiu's imagination as Ryūhei couldn't manipulate such a thing.
Meanwhile, Ryūhei was preoccupied with a new notification that took him by surprise.
[The host has an emergency task! Someone in Liyue Harbor is trying to copy the One Piece and Dragon Ball manga to other nations and the host is required to thwart the person. If the host succeeds, the drawbacks of the Rikugan will disappear completely.]
To be honest, Ryūhei didn't really care if someone wanted to copy his manga since they weren't his original works. However, with such a tempting prize, how could he miss it? Although it might look trendy, it was such a pain in the ash that he needed to wear a blindfold or sunglasses all the time.
"So, is this person a local or not? And will this person be using printing services in Liyue Harbor or outside?" Ryūhei muttered in uncertainty.
Since Ryūhei wasn't sure, he asked Xingqiu about the location of the printing services in Liyue Harbor by showing him a map while marking each place mentioned.
"Why are you asking for the location of the printing services? Don't you already have your own device?" Xingqiu asked.
Ryūhei shrugged his shoulders while replying.
"Well, someone is trying to copy my work, so I need to do something. Even if that person didn't try to print copies in Liyue Harbor, that person would have printed it somewhere else."
Xingqiu frowned.
"That's unforgivable. I will assist you to find that person immediately! I'm swift enough in this regard. In addition, I can dispatch my servants to catch and send that person to the Ministry of Civil Affairs."
Ryūhei immediately shook his hand.
"No need, I can take care of myself." He couldn't tell Xingqiu the truth that those mangas weren't his original works. Otherwise, it would be he who would be thrown into the Ministry of Civil Affairs by Xingqiu.
But when he thought about it, he felt that there would be no problem since things like anime and manga that existed in his previous world didn't exist in his current world.
After all, all he wanted was to introduce anime culture to everyone in Teyvat.
Xingqiu wondered why Ryūhei declined his offer. Though, it would be much easier if the Feiyun Commerce Guild also helped out. However, because Ryūhei was so confident, Xingqiu let him be.
When Ryūhei had left, an old woman came into the manga shop. She asked Atsuko who was serving the customers.
"Young Lady, may I ask? Is the shop owner inside?"
"Ah, I'm sorry, ma'am. The boss just left, he said he had an urgent matter to take care of."
"I see. I'm sorry to bother you."
"No problem."
The old woman is none other than Madame Ping. Even though it couldn't be seen from her expression, she was furious with the manga shop owner, Ryūhei, who let Yaoyao buy obscene books considering Yaoyao was such a pure girl.
How could he draw a boy patting between a girl's crotch while sleeping, and the boy actually taking off the girl's panties before screaming that the balls were gone?
And Ryūhei actually sold the manga to a 10-year-old girl. No doubt, she wanted to teach him a lesson. However, Ryūhei wasn't even in his shop as if he had escaped from the disaster without him noticing.
When she turned around, she saw a familiar figure. And coincidentally, the familiar figure also noticed her.
She approached the familiar figure with a smile before greeting that person.
"It's been a while, Mi–Mr. Zhongli."
"*Cough* It's so rare to see you here, old friend."
And the familiar figure was none other than Zhongli. Looking at Zhongli's expression, it was clear that he didn't want to see her. It wasn't because of romantic affection or something along the line, but it was because they lost someone dear to them and he felt guilty as he couldn't protect her.
And for some reason, Zhongli's personality changed completely after the Archon War 3700 years ago. In the past, his nature was cold-blooded with an air of boundless slaughter. The exact opposite of his current nature.
