Ch 8 : A Tempestuous Turning Point

The tempest howled over the cliffs of Inazuma, the air crackling with electricity as the Shogun's forces surged forward. Gorou stood at the forefront, 

"Stand firm! everthing depend on it!" he roared, his voice drowned out by the storm.

Ahead of him, Kujou Sara, a blur of motion, notched her bow and unleashed a volley of arrows, each one finding its mark amidst the chaos.

As the clash intensified, Thunderous booms echoed.

Kujou Sara shouted, her arrows a relentless barrage against their oppressors.

With each passing moment, the battle grew fiercer.

"For Watatsumi island, for our wishes!" Gorou bellowed, bloodied but unbowed.

"One final shot!" Kujou Sara declared, her voice a beacon of defiance in the storm.

However, before the two could unleash their final move, three persons appeared in the middle of the battlefield.

Kujou Sara's eyes shrank as she saw who the person was.

"Meeting the Shogun," Kojou Sara got on one knee and bowed.

"Meeting her majestic the Shogun," the soldiers who heard their general also kneeled down.

"What? The Shogun is here," Gorou panicked.

"It's over, the Shogun is here."

"It's impossible, we can't fight a god," Watatsumi soldiers panicked.

Looking at Gorou.

"You seem to be the general of this resistance army, come here," Ei said.

Then looking at Kojou Sara.

"You too."

Gorou, who panicked but calmed down, knowing he isn't allowed to show weakness, walked to the Shogun.

And Kojou Sara also followed.

Glancing at Gorou and Kojou Sara.

"This war will stop here, understood, and the Vision Hunting Decree will be removed," the Shogun announced.

"Eh? Ah?" The first one to speak was Gorou, who was surprised to the core by this.

Beelzebub began to fly away, followed by Morax and Barbatos.

"Hey, wait for us!" Barbatos complained, since she hadn't told them.

"Stop complaining, we have work to do now. Beelzebub, Barbatos, and I will complete the given task. We can't waste time," Morax hurried, compared to his colleagues he has more tasks.

Asmodeus, looking at the confused and puzzled Michael, didn't even bother to explain or care.

From now on, after you finish your business on Watatsumi Island, you will work with Kujou Sara as her assistant in the Tenryou Commission. Otherwise, you can't bear the consequences. Understand?" Ei said, looking at Sangonomiya Kokomi.

Before Kokomi could respond, two people walked in. One was in an angel suit, and the other was very handsome, giving off an air of immortality.

However, the boy in the angel suit looked as if he could collapse at any second.

"Beelzebub, I want some drinks. I was worked to death," Barbatos said, his voice stiff and sore as if he had been speaking all day.
