There was no pain. Ren, who had slumped forward, did not feel the bullet piercing his chest. The bullet seemed to vanish after touching his body. This irrational phenomenon truly shocked him. However, this might have been the protection from Victoria or Kizuna. Whatever it was, they would not really kill him.
Even so, Ren decided not to move. He would follow the script and pretend to be dead.

Ren opened one eye and peeked to the left. He saw a sight that brought back his memories. Tadano Tadashi, who had been shot dead, suddenly transformed into a monster. The change was clearly visible to him.
Was this Kizuna's doing? Or Shiruko's? What was actually happening?
