Chapter 9: Second Time Fighting a Group

While Kurono and Kishimoto kissed each other, the ringing in their head continued. At some point, it stopped. The two then felt their bodies froze, and unable to move.

"Mhmm!?"

They tried to talk but they already got frozen, while still embracing each other, and their lips stuck to each other.

Kurono then got transferred first into the Gantz.

"Welcome back."

As Kurono's head appeared first in the Gantz Room, he was greeted by Nishi who is already inside the room.

"Sup'? What with that awkward posture?" Nishi looked curiously at Kurono's appearing hands which was in an embracing gesture.

"It's nothing. Did anyone else come?"

"No. It's only the two of us for now."

Kurono nodded, and waited for Kishimoto to come out. Not long later, Kato come out, followed by Kishimoto.

As soon as Kishimoto come out, she looked around. Seeing Kurono waving to her on the side, she smiled brightly and walked to his side.

"So, that's the reason for that awkward posture, huh." Nishi smirked at Kurono.

As if knowing what the guy was talking about, Kishimoto looked down and blushed. Kurono on the other hand, just stayed calm, while Kato looked at the two curiously.

Another minutes and the dog from last time appeared.

"The Gantz is not yet sending us out. Are there any other first timers this time too?"

"That's should be the case."

Seeing that the Gantz was not yet sending them out, they then decided to sit down and waited for it.

Not long after that, four men got transported into the room simultaneously. These four men seems to know each other, and looked to be some kind of gangsters. Their gang was named Zoku, and one of them whose nickname is Tet-chan was their leader.

Four other newcomers appeared. Two of them looked to be from a family, one grandmother, and one grandson. The last two was a weirdo. A tall and handsome young man whose name is Masanobu Hojo was being hugged by a long haired girl, in a white cloth.

As soon as the newcomer appeared in the room, they started to question their whereabout. The first four men were especially rowdy. They checked every corner of the house to check whether they can get out of the place or not.

"...tokyo tower?" Hojo looked outside the window and saw the Tokyo Tower some distance away from the room. On the other side, the grandma was busy calming her grandson down, who wanted to go home.

"Hei, what's going on here? Somebody tells me." the leader of the gangsters, Tet-chan shouted in annoyance when he could not get out of the room. However, no one replied to him.

"Where the hell are we? I want an explanation." He continued yelling.

Kato at the side started to feel uncomfortable, and looked at Kurono, "...Kei-chan..."

Kurono thought for a moment and said, "Man, it was as you said. We are in hell."

The gangsters frowned. One of the four looked coldly at Kurono and scolded, "Fucker, are you trying to make fun of us? Do you think we are blind. We could see the Tokyo tower in the outside."

"Don't fuck with Zoku." added another gang member.

Kurono looked back at Kato, and shook his head, saying, "See. These guy is troubles. They asked but scolded when they get the answer."

It is not really wrong for Kurono to say that this place is hell. They are here to fight a hellish enemy, that could kill them if they don't fight.

"Damn these guy. They are chickening out when we are asking them for explanation." a blonde in the gang was displeased when he saw Kato and Kurono decided to stop telling any explanation.

"Hei you, tall guy. Tell me something." Tet-chan shifted his gaze towards Hojo and demanded an explanation.

"I want to know too." Hojo was similarly in confusion. So, he could not offer any form of explanation.

"You better be not playing dumb." Tet-chan warned coldly. These people is too damn coward!

"Fuck these bitches."

"Do you think this is some kind of hospital?"

"Does this place look like a hospital to you?"

"Then, why are we still fine then?"

At this time, Tet-chan and his gang saw Kishimoto on Kurono's side. His breathing become faster as he saw her visible curve, and big rack.

They then approached Kishimoto, and squatted at her side, making her feel uncomfortable. She hurriedly held Kurono's hand.

"Hey. You are making her feel uncomfortable." Kurono frowned when he saw these people looking lustfully at Kishimoto.

"Huuh? You talking to me, shorty?"

Buk!

As soon as Tet-chan called Kurono shorty, he received a punch on his face. The punch caused his nose to broke, and sent him rolling backwards.

"Asshole, how dare you attack Tet-chan. I will kill you."

The other three were angered when they saw Tet-chan holding his broken and bleeding nose. They acted Instantly, and attacked Kurono.

Kurono's eyes turned cold. He reflexively avoided their kick and punch, while also delivering his own counterattack.

Within a minutes, the three men collapsed on the floor. Some bleeding, some fallen unconscious, and the last got kicked on his ball.

Kurono looked coldly at the four, while dusting his clothes. "Punk, you guys asked for it. Sigh, even after dying, you still act high and mighty? Do you think this is still your gangsters turf?"

The word 'dead' caused all the newcomer to feel shocked.

"Dead? You mean all of us here are dead?" Hojo asked in surprise.

"Yeah. Just think of a few moment ago, before you guys appeared here. There should be a situation where you all encountered your own death." replied Kurono.

The newcomers then think back of their previous moment, and knew that they really died.

"Hey Kurono, why are you telling them that?" Nishi was agitated when Kurono revealed the truth about their current situation.

"I'm just stating some fact here. It's up to them whether to believe it or not."

"Then, what are we here for?" the grandma asked, while trying to calm down her grandson, Ryota.

"The answer is on that thing." Kurono pointed at the black ball.

At this time, a ringtone come out of the black ball.

~ A new morning has come ~~

The ringtone surprised everyone, causiy them to look at the ball. Some words started to appear on the screen on the black ball.

-Your lives has ended.

-How you use your new life is entirely up to me.

-That's the theory anyways.

After that, the words disappeared and replaced by a picture of a smiling man.

- You shmucks will now go out and defeat this person.

Target: Tanaka Alien

Not giving everyone time to wonder what kind of target it was, the ball opened up some compartments, and started the count down time.

Kurono remembered that he would be the next person to be sent out after Nishi's. Before he got out, he checked his surrounding, and saw those gangsters are already fine. Though, they didn't dare to mess with Kurono.

Kurono then warned Kishimoto. "I think I might get sent out earlier than you. So, please be wary of them."

"Oh, okay."

"If they force their way on you, use the ability of the suit to overpower them."

"How does that work?"

"It's simple. The suit act like some kind of energy enhancer that enhance all your senses. It boosted your basic stats and let you wield a superhuman strength. If for example you wanted to kick, and you really mean it, that's when the suit boost your strength."

"I see. Thank you for telling me that."

While Kurono is talking to Kishimoto, Kato decided to help the others, except those gangsters. For some reason, he feels that he would anger Kurono if he do that.

On the other hand, Hojo decided to consult with Kurono. Seeing that he is someone good at fighting, and he looked to know a lot about the place, he decided to ask his advise.

"I can only say that even with my ability, I'm not sure if I could win against the alien outside."

"Alien?"

"That ball already said that. Our target is an alien."

"Wait wait. How is it that we are suddenly facing alien attack?" asked Hojo, in confusion.

"We will be teleported out after this. Like how we appear in this room, that's how we are going to be teleported out. In the outside, we will be then hunt the target, in order for us to get back again to this place."

"What about these items that placed in my box?"

"Those things is important. If you don't want to die a second time, wear those clothes."

Seeing Kurono's serious face, and the suit underneath his clothes made Hojo hesitate. Should I believe him?

In the end, he decided to just follow Kurono's advise. He entered one of the opened room and changed into the Gantz suit.

While he was doing that, he didn't realize that the 'Sadako' that always stalking him also followed him inside, and changed her clothes in the same room.

At this time, the four people in the gang played around with their weapon.

"Is this some kind of toy gun?"

"Do you think this thing is working?"

"Who knows. Let's try it out."

"Should we shoot that punk?"

"That guy is ain't funny. You will be in trouble if the gun doesn't work. And it will be even worse if that guy managed to evade it."

"You are right. I can tell that he has a good reflexes. My ball still hurt from that kick."

One of the blonde shivered when he remembered the feeling of his little brother got kicked.

"Should we try it on that little boy?"

"That one look harmless. Might as well try on him."

One of the four pointed his gun at Nishi and pulled the trigger. A light comes out, but the blast didn't. The light attracted everyone to look at the commotion.

"The gun didn't work?" The guy was confused. However, his actions made Nishi's furious. The shot just now almost took his life. If it was not because of the Gantz suit, he would be lying dead by now.

In anger, he pointed his gun to the man and shoot him on his face.

"Hei, what do you think you are doing? Do you think you are cool pointing that on me? You better...Gufu! Bwgh!"

Plop! Splash!

Suddenly, the head of the man deformed and exploded into pieces.

"Ahhh! Kyaa!"

Kishimoto screamed in fear when she got splashed by some blood. Nishi everyone else also got shocked, especially the gangsters.

"Ah! Nakajima is dead."

"You what have you done?"

Tet-chan and the rest was now have another person to feel afraid off.

"You asked for it. You think pointing and shooting with the gun is a child play?"

As Nishi said that, he started to get sent out.

"It started. After him is my turn." Kurono knows that it's already is starting. Before he was sent out, he looked at Kishimoto, and nodded. "See you in a while."

"Ok. Be careful out there."

After that, Kurono got teleported out.

Vroom!

"Shit!" Kurono hurriedly evaded the car that almost upon him.

"Next, Tanaka will appear."

It happened. This time, two Tanaka Alien was approaching Kurono from both side of the road. Around the two, many little bird were crowing out and following the two aliens.
