The New Normal

/"I'm sorry!/" Zelos cried in pain as the smoldering hot iron met his skin and continued to burn it as I refuse to stop pressing it further against him any time soon, /"Stop!/"
Punishing culprits for what damage they have caused their victims has never been a part of my scope of work, nor will it ever be.
I have always believed that I was never capable of harboring too much hate in my system to be able to execute brutal punishments that are exceedingly violent however legal it is according to the constitutional law of the pack.
Nevertheless, that belief seemed to have been nonexistent as my wolf demanded its dominance to be acknowledged. And even as we have no plans in taking Zelos' life, I would let my wolf to have this satisfaction of bringing torture towards someone who has hurt our mate.
