POV Henry Black.

Today promised to be important, because of the meeting in the town square, where I now drove up.

- We're here, sir.

Leaving the carriage, I gave the driver some coins, and moved towards the teenager waiting for me.

- Hello, Aaron, how long have you been waiting for me?

A white-haired boy turned in my direction, holding out his hand for a handshake.

- Hello to you too. No, I just got here a minute ago, so why are we here?

Aaron's gaze wandered over the many shops that sold a variety of food and desserts today.

- You will find out soon, - my answer did not anger him at all, he only nodded, - And now, we have some time before the start, so let's have a bite to eat?

The boy's placid face showed an expression of anticipation and a little joy.

"Sometimes I wonder how you can be serious and calm like an adult and at the same time enjoy such simple things like a child," I said with a smile.

In response, Aaron simply waved his hand and turned towards the ice cream shop.

- Simply, never had to visit the city square. I just didn't have time for it.

Smiling, I stepped up to him.

- You've always been partial to Aaron's food.

Entering the cafe, Aaron ordered himself just ice cream, but I, coffee with cheesecake, which in this place was simply delicious.

Watching the boy gobbling up a treat, I couldn't help but wonder, "Who is he to me?"

I have known this, undoubtedly, genius for two years, and we began to communicate actively only a year ago. His character and behavior were strange, he did not look like an ordinary boy of 11 years old. It was interesting to talk with him, to ask what he thinks about certain things, so I could call him .. friend?

"Heh heh," I chuckled, eliciting a puzzled look from Aaron.

"Strange, I never would have thought that I would have an eleven-year-old friend…"

"So, you said you stayed over at Helstia's for the night?"

Looking around, I saw a bizarrely dressed man performing in front of a hundred thousand people. It looks like it came from far away.

"Attention humans, elves and dwarves, my name is Blaine Glider. You know me as King Sapin, but today I am not speaking as a king of humans, but as one of the representatives of the Dikaten Continent!"

At the sight of the king, hundreds of thousands of people fell to their knees. The blurry projections cleared up and the camera zoomed in on the balcony of the castle. I saw King Sapin and behind him the queen, Priscilla Glider, and several other important figures. Alduin and Merial Eralith, King and Queen Elenora, and Virion standing behind them with his arms folded. In addition to the two of them, there were also representatives of the dwarven kingdom, whose names I forgot.

"Today we mark the beginning of a new era on our home continent. I assume that many of you are aware of the existence of problems between humans and elves. Even gnomes were considered only as business partners. However, this cannot continue. Representatives of all three kingdoms, your leaders, have gathered many times over the past few years in an attempt to unite our races. Two years ago, we agreed that all races, without exception, can become adventurers. It all started with one or two representatives, but now there are many. I am glad to see how humans, elves and dwarves work together towards a common goal. Last year, another event was noted - the Xyrus academy welcomed students from the kingdom of Eleanor and Darv into its ranks, so that a new generation of the best mages can be friends all together. We all understand how difficult it is for some of you to forget the constant strife between races, but we urge you to put aside the past and forget discrimination, if not for yourself, then at least for the sake of your children and the future of this continent.

A wave of applause swept through the crowd. King Glider sat down, and Alduin Eralith came out to the edge of the balcony. He cleared his throat before speaking into what in this world was a microphone.

"It is a great honor for me to speak on behalf of all those present here on this unforgettable day. I fully agree with King Glider and I also care about the future of this continent. For some people, this is not particularly interesting, but for those many who are hungry for adventure, I can sincerely say that the continent is filled with the unknown. An obvious example is the animal glades located on this continent. Countless adventurers have ventured into the clearings, but even now they are not even half explored. Although mana beasts have never left the beast glades, who can say for sure that this will not happen in the future? Even in our homeland Dikaten there are places so dangerous that no one has dared to explore them yet, but what if I tell you that there are even more mysteries and mysteries outside of it?

King Eralith paused briefly, and the crowds in both kingdoms began to whisper noisily.

"Right! You heard right, people of Dikaten. We want to announce to you that today, February 10th, 1005th cycle, we have found evidence of the existence of another continent."

The whispers of the crowd turned into noise and screams, some angry and some curious. The reminder of the warring continent, the memory of which I threw into the far corners of my memory, sobered me.

"..I have to try harder, otherwise I won't be able to survive…"

I came to my senses when the Nome King spoke of spears.

"Of course, it will take time and a lot of effort to unite our three races and kingdoms, but today we will knight the 6th, those that kings and queens consider the most courageous, tactful, intelligent and strong.

From the back of the balcony came 6 creatures, 2 humans, 2 gnomes and 2 elves. Clad in exquisite white armor, slightly different among individuals, they stepped forward and knelt.

Three kings came out in front of them and took out 6 rings from a small box. King Glider, the representative of the people, gave rings to the elven knights, and the king of the dwarves gave rings to two people. Finally, King Alduin gave the rings to the two Dwarf knights and they all bowed to the crowd. Shouts reverberated through the crowd again, and King Glider stepped up to the microphone and said again:

"These six are henceforth granted the title of the Six Spears. Each spear symbolizes the bonds with which they hold together not only their kingdom, but the entire continent. This is truly a historic moment. The main goal of these knights will be to increase the welfare of the continent, whether it be exploring the dangerous and unknown dungeons in the beast glades, or working side by side with us, the rulers, to ensure that our home will be protected when the time comes and we meet with representatives of another continent.

The crowd roared again and many threw flowers and even clothes into the air.

"While being one of the Six Spears can be prestigious and even equal to a king, it also comes with great responsibility. The children of the new generation, who are destined to become the protectors of this continent, will aspire to become one of the Six Spears!"

At the same time, the projection floated and the image faded. The last we heard were the chants of "Long live the King, long live Dikaten." The crowd in the town square were excitedly discussing the latest news.
