Chapter 8: The Meat back to the Menu BOYS!

3rd POV

A few months have passed since the conversation between Eddard and Catelyn, they still haven't sent a letter to Domeric as they were thinking of talking to him face to face.

This would happen later, as it was agreed by Cat and Ned that they would speak to him on Sansa's nameday, meanwhile keeping an eye out for news coming out of Bolton House.

Meanwhile, the Bolton Lands were developing rapidly, with the Port at Weeping Water finally open, the Boltons could trade by sea.

Domeric sold a lot of Morgul Steel to the Houses of the South, as well as the Northern Houses that were allied with the Boltons or Vassals.

But Domeric wants to increase the Boltons' sphere of influence, he has his eye on House Mormont.

Bear Island would be important from a military point of view, as he could reach an agreement with House Mormont to build a harbor for them, in exchange for allowing their ships to dock there for free.

But he will only do that when Jorah Mormont is deposed, when that happens, Domeric will send financial aid to House Mormont.

But knowing the pride of the Mormonts, they won't accept help for free, that's when he'll make a deal with them that benefits both parties.

Domeric POV

I was in my room drinking some wine straight from the bottle, then my aunt came and walked into my room.

"Domeric, we received some letters from the Architects, they are starting the construction of Carn Dûm, as well as some roads" Said aunt while holding some letters in her left hand.

That was good, with the completion of the Port construction, the ships I bought from Essos are already being used to sell the products of Casa Bolton.

As rents increased, I got enough money to focus on building my city, as well as the roads that connect House Bolton with its Allies and Vassals.

Carn Dûm is the biggest project I have on my list, I want it to be a big city but have a great sewer system, I will never accept a King's Lading 2.0

I also put an Arena in the city plans, I want it to be a place of entertainment, where people can see the Uruk captains fighting to the death, I'm sure the Uruks will occupy a large part of the audience in the Arena.

Speaking of the Uruks, they along with the Goblins, Half-Trolls, and Trolls are starting to create groups, having their own captains.

Even the Trolls are coming a little differently, some are coming smarter, stronger, and faster, and some are even becoming captains.

This is by no means a bad thing, on the contrary, it means more leadership on the battlefield.

As for the part of Captains fighting each other to the death? I don't care, as long as it doesn't affect the lives of those who live on my lands, for me they're just removing the weak.

I will never accept weak soldiers in my army, this is not modern times that even a child can kill holding a pistol, this is a Medieval Age where strength is everything.

I'm also thinking about creating a Mercenary Company in the future, the famous Corsairs of Ûmbar.

Only I'll do it after my plans for the Iron Islands come to fruition.

If I have those islands to myself, I'll have great shipbuilders and sailors at my disposal.

Grutz POV

My name is Grutz, I am an Uruk Captain serving the glorious Lord Bolton, I was once just a normal warrior until I had the opportunity to rise in the Hierarchy.

As a Captain, I needed to recruit some soldiers who would serve me, I could have a maximum of 20 subordinates, as stated in the laws that Lord Bolton wrote.

I recruited some Uruk brothers, in addition to some Half-Trolls and Trolls, I didn't get the Goblins as they were weak and tiny for me.

Now my group and I were taking care of a wood that these pathetic orc lumberjacks work on, besides some humans, this place is also in a way my territory.

"Boss, I got a letter from the nearby village" Said Akrak, a Half-Troll who worked for me as he handed me a letter.

I took the letter and opened it and read its contents, it was written that the people of the village needed more wood for the buildings.

"Prepare the wagons, we will deliver more wood" I said as I played and put the letter away.

"Boss! We have a problem! Meat is Over, apparently, we only have bread and other types of food" Said one of the Half-Trolls running towards me.

That was a problem, the meat could not be missing! Meat that comes from the village takes weeks to come, we would have to eat that damn bread AGAIN.

That's when some Orc Lumberjacks came towards me, if it's not important I'll kill those scums!

"Boss, I heard we're out of meat again, the boys and I may have a way to fix this..." Said this disgusting worm while smiling that smile that made me want to punch him and break his teeth.

"What's your plan, Orc?" I asked irritably, I hope it's not a waste of time.

The Orc just pointed to the human lumberjacks who were chopping the wood nonstop, they were quite helpful, unlike these Orcs.

"How about we solve our meat problem using them, they're just fresh" Said the Orc with a smile and I just couldn't believe it.

This worm wanted to kill humans to solve our meat problem! The humans who serve LORD BOLTON?!

When I was going to answer this worm, I stopped and had another idea. Instead, I looked at my other subordinates who were nearby and motioned for them to come.

"I have a better idea" I take my blade secretly while looking at him with a smile.

Before he could respond, I cut his head off in one swift motion, my other minions wasting no time in killing the other Orcs as well.

".....Look's like the Meat back to the Menu Boys!" I said with happiness in my voice, while my subordinates screamed with happiness too.
