Cersei

Cersei walked the glided halls of the Red Keep arm in arm with Don. As she walked she thought of her home Casterly Rock. 'Perhaps after Don is settled with the City Watch we could visit' she thought.

'Perhaps I could convince father to take Joff as his page and subsequently his heir' She refused to believe her father would give that ill made creature the seat of House Lannister to turn into his own personal whorehouse.

Joffery was a bit cruel and a little short tempered, but he's a child in the shadow of a perfect brother she was sure it was just a phase. Her little lion would grow to be a decent and good lord she was sure of it. 'He'll not be Don, but I'm sure fathers stern hand can teach him a few things'

One child on the Iron Throne the other Lord of Casterly Rock she smirked inwardly at the thought with great pride. 'I would then be the child that built fathers legacy entirely on my own. Jaime is a glorified bodyguard lacking any real ambition. The imp is just a miniature version of my whoremongering husband, but without the charm or any notable skills' at was this thought that truly brought a smile to her face. She was her fathers legacy!

Don look at her in a bit of a daze for her behavior. "Mother your truly beautiful when you truly smile and not like the ones you give in court"

"It's called playing the game and I'll be sure to teach you that before you're king" she said as they neared the yard that was full of lords, ladies and knights as if they going to watch a play. Don gestured his arm toward them and said

"As I've been learning, why else do you think I would spread the word of todays match"

She thought for a moment and said quite curtly

"Lions shouldn't concern themselves with the opinion of sheep"

Don shook his head and replied "Though I do agree fear is needed to rule it also needs loyalty! Fear doesn't breed loyalty only obedience…..and that obedience doesn't last. Loyalty goes beyond the generations. How else you think the Starks ruled The North for nearly 10,000 years."

"Then they didn't fear you enough. Fear is power and it was with power the Targaryen's conquered the 7 kingdoms" her words were laced with disgust and disdain.

"And when the object of that power disappeared they collapsed" he said with an amused glint in his eye

"Family is the only thing you can trust and they lost when they forgot that" she said as they moved through the crowd towards the edge of the training yard when they stopped she turn towards him and grabbed his face lovingly and said sternly "Do you understand?" as she looked into his sapphire eyes

"I…." Before he could finish they were interrupted by Robert saying "Change of plans you'll be fighting me" he said with a wide and amused grin while picking up his warhammer.

Though Robert has gotten a bit round in the past one and three years, he's still one of the most fearsome warriors in the Kingdoms as is evident in last year's Greyjoy Rebellion. Cersei thought amused and disdainful of the idiocy of Greyjoy's and the Robert's ever increasing weight. 'No matter my Don will win in the end" she thought gently as she gazed at Don as picked up a training sword

Don looked to his father with a playful grin and japed "Father you're a bit round to be wielding that hammer"

"Come from behind your mother's skirt and fight me to find out" Robert said looking quite amused by the situation

Don walked to the center of the yard with his father and questioned "First blood, three out of five?"

Robert nodded "Aye, Jon will judge"

Robert and Don got into position and Jon finally saids "Time to begin" at his word Robert and Don advanced towards each other

Robert with ferocity advances towards Don and swings his hammer. Don dodges left and counters with a slash towards Robert's hand who lowers his hammer enough to block the sword. Don continues to dance around Robert striking his flaws and countering every strike to perfection. As Robert continues to lose ground Jaime saids from behind me "The most amazing thing about Don's swordplay is how methodical and perfect it is"

Cersei wasn't particularly an expert in the subject "Explain" she said offhandedly

"He strikes and moves as if he knows your next 10 moves and he strikes at every one of your flaws efficiently with speed and precision. He has no form he strikes where ever and however is needed regardless of style. It would be better to call him a pure killer who just happens to use a sword" Jamie's finishes as she hears Robert already yield for the third and final time

Robert bellows "Hahahaha not bad boy. I'm a man of my word"

"You're looking at the new Commander of The City Watch" Robert announces while gesturing towards Don

The boot licking crowd clapped in applause

How’s the dialogue? I want it to flow and feel natural like a real conversation.
