Beep beeps beep! Beep beeps beep! 

Beep beeps beep! 

"That's enough... I am awake," The alarm stopped making the silence return, On the bed, there was a young man who looked to be in his teens lying on his back, sleeping peacefully, the sunlight slowly creeping up onto him making his pure white hair shine. 

Slowly his eyes fluttered open revealing a pair of golden eyes that were like gems that seemed to reflect the grandiosity of the sun. He rubbed his eyes a bit and sat up, "Ugh, who left the windows open," He closed his eyes for a bit making sure that everything was ok, "Haruto you basta-...." he stopped mid-course as his mind registered where he was.

He stayed quiet for a bit his mind trying to reload all the memories, while his eyes scanned the whole room, "I feel like I should know this place..."

[I would be amazed if you knew this place,] 

A feminine voice rang out, it was melodious and calming but also laid back and amused like a child. 

[Hey there, Ken! I am the anomaly system which is very eager to cause trouble so why don't you quicken up your pace!]

Her words were playful and teasing but there was some excitement hidden there, while her words and tone matched but something didn't which was noticed by Ken without even trying; "Really now? Do I have to deal with a manipulator? What a pain," he didn't even bother hiding his thoughts and spoke it out loud. 

Ken stared blankly at the wall in front and got off the bed, he stretched his body a bit and then scanned the room again, "First, you are in my head? Second, I don't remember shit, why? Third, where the heck am I? Answer me these and I might be open to listening to what you have to say," Ken casually questioned his whole demeanor nonchalant but there was a layer of oppressive tension.

[`~Teehee~ I was expecting you to ask that, so I will just info-dump you!] 

Ken frowned and immediately sat on the bed, "Do it, I'm not really sure what that means exactly but if it is quicker then better," he commented and soon found out what that meant!

A sudden headache drowned Ken, his hands gripping the bed sheets with all his might while his eyes became focused and his body slightly trembled, it was as if he was shocked by an electric current. 

And after just a few seconds he was frozen in place, deep in thought, "Thraxis the guy I met gave me a system so that would be you, and then Neo came into the picture..." He summarized the whole event in one go for himself, "But that doesn't tell me where the hell I am... Was I not supposed to take the place of the MC? Or is it your game?" Ken got up and went to the balcony and looked out at the forest that surrounded his house. 

[Hmm, it would be boring if the MC wasn't in his own anime right? So I decided to change things a little bit~! The MC aka Damian will also be summoned! The difference is that I am the one that summoned him and not Neo, and that is all the difference,]

The system cheerfully said its voice melodious and laid back as if it would never change.

"I see, that doesn't really answer my questions but thank you for the extra information," Ken raised his hands, and "Book of Records," called out; causing a book that looked very much newly made to appear.

[The Book of Records, the only book that holds all the records of the world from the beginning of time till now, is such a cheat! Well, can't really complain since you didn't wish for something that would just make you a god, like divinity and shit... Would be really boring if you did]

The system lazily said, making Ken roll his eyes, "If I knew what you looked like I could have practically imagined you lazily lying on the sofa or bed while watching some comedy" Ken commented nonchalantly while turning the pages of the Book of Records. 

[~Hehehehe~ if you want I can take form and join you! I might be a system that is supposed to cause trouble for you but I don't really feel like~! Well I would cause trouble to alleviate my boredom but that it,]

The system gave a compromise, her tone very laziness but there was mischief hidden in it, "Hmm, I rather not have you manifest and cause trouble, plus I doubt Thraxis would just watch while you be willful," 

[Huh? Thraxis may be omnipotent but he isn't someone who likes to stay in control, so it's fine... well he might put some restrictions on me but that's all, you get the point~!]

And I stand on the same ground you know, neither of us is stronger or weaker than the other but unlike Thraxis I am trapped, not really but you get the point,] 

"Hmm, yes got it, now let me check out my background, or will you dump that info as well?" Ken checked out the book of Records conforming a few things while asking the system. 

[Sure, I would be happy to do so!] 

Ken's body trembled slightly as he endured the headache, he clutched the book in his hand with all his height trying to divert his attention, as every second memory of his life in this work flooded in like a tide. 

After some minutes the flood of memories stopped, "I asked for the back story, not the whole memory... Ugh," He growled as the headaches after math were finally subsiding, "I was planning to get my memories piece by piece so that I would have to bother with this pain..." he growingly complained making the system laugh. 

[Hehehehehe~! Come now, how could I let you go that easily, it would be a missed opportunity if I did!] 

"What a pain..." Ken started to direct his focus to the Book of Records, "Hmm, let's see... Show me my background," He commanded and the pages turned landing at page 1, then text started to form in them revealing Ken's background in detail

[...I just gave you your memories! so why are you wasting your time with this?] 

"I don't trust you," Ken simply stated and ignored the system. 

"Ken Valxin, age 16, gender male, sexual attraction: Female... why is this even here..." Ken helplessly looked at the page; there was a section for Ken's like as well making his lip twitch when he read it, "Show me my SUMMARISED background..." Ken stated being more specific this time. 

The pages turned to 373 making Ken have a blank face, 

[That is a lot of pages... normally one page is enough to describe someone's whole year... and you got a total of 372 pages and that's just the back story, well I can understand why after all your life was quite eventful, even more than your life on Earth] 

The system remarked her tone teasing with some disbelief mixed in. 

The Book of Records isn't just something that would willingly describe someone's life and even if it did it would be one page which would contain about 1,000 words minimum but Ken got 372 which was shocking, to say the least as the pages would fit a total of 2,000 words each making the description of Ken more then 744,000 words.
