While the Chancellor and the Star Warrior Master were discussing the beauty and figures of the women from Lingge Star, the atmosphere on Lingge Star itself was anything but relaxed.

Teizene had established an interstellar forward base on Lingge Star of not a large scale, and after the Sixteenth Prince Su Beisi's visit, only a small garrison was left behind, not even a single warship. Only with the support of fleets and transport convoys that arrived later, the Teizene base on Lingge Star slowly expanded in size.

Even so, there were no more than three thousand Teizene staying on this planet, and they had seized nearly millions of square kilometers of land, driving out or even slaughtering the Lingge people there, simply to place combat supplies.

The base's commander was called Helos, a Lizard Person with dark red scales. Although all Teizene had a lizard-like appearance, like humans on Earth, they were differentiated by some local physical traits into detailed ethnic groups.
