Chapter 4 Meeting Peter Parker

Tom was rather impressed with the students of his class,though their rather submissive behaviour could be attributed to them being freshmen and not because they were respecting him,what he didn't add in his conclusions was that perhaps persuasion needed more credit then he gave it

The skill,though a common class skill,was still a good one to give people a favourable impression of him

Tom quickly picked up his bag and put away the chalk,dusting his hands, Tom walked out the class room after turning the lights off as he didn't see any other students occupying it for their lectures and left

"Let's see who in need to teach now,A couple of Sophomores " Tom saw the name of the class room as he checked on the attendance sheet while making his way over,a couple of names caught his eyes and made him realise how much shit he was into

"Is that Peter Parker,And Mj and a few other names,unfortunately I don't have pictures,looks like I need to speed up and get to the classroom " Tom muttered as he quickened his steps,he was a minutes late to the class and didn't want to set a bad example

After taking the stairs and turning a few times he finally arrived at the designated classroom,with another deep breath, Tom encouraged himself to go in,he needed this job, and he was curious to meet some of the fated characters of this universe

*Tring*

The doorbell chimed as Tom gracefully entered the class,giving the teenagers a look before he did the same as his previous class and introduced,though he wasn't planning on teaching them anything for today,it was best if he became social with these sophomore students,better if he can establish a connection with the characters that play some role in this world other then canon fodder

The marvel universe wasn't some daisy and sunshine and he knew that NewYork and the whole world will be subjected to the whims of the powerful people as the days got near

Plus he had done some research and according to said research,the events of Iron man were the same as in the movies,but Obadiah wasn't dead but detained with severe injuries,And now seeing a Peter who was already a sophomore this time while Iron Man2 didn't happen was something that didn't sit right with him,so he needed to gain more power if he wanted anted to become powerful enough to not die

"Alright class! Now that I have introduced myself,how about you guys do the same,I wish to know who among you will successfully be getting their AP biology cleared under me" Tom spoke,his soothing voice carried a mesmerising and charming effect as the teenagers who were usually full of themselves were now docile and respectful,It was like a small nudge,causing them to notice this figure in front of them and such

One by one,several people started talking about their aspiration while introducing themselves, and as expected, it was very fun for them as several characters introduced themselves while Tom noted them down in his mind

Ned and MJ were both present in the class,though Tom was sure that some other characters who didn't choose this class weren't present but still existed

Finally it was time for Peter to introduce himself,In his previous life,Tom always hated the way the Toby maguire character dealt with his grandpa before he died,Tom who was an orphan had a sore spot regarding this,thankfully this one was the Tom Holland version,there were some similarities,while MJ was an exact lookalike of Zendaya and Gwen was well,The beautiful Gwen from Amazing spider man

"So what do you plan on doing once you are through graduation" Tom asked Peter as this surprised everyone ,thinking the teacher might start playing favourites as no one else was asked such questions

"U-umm, probably apply for a major science degree in Oxford" Peter spoke half heartedly as he knew the conditions of his family,knowing all too well how hard the competition was,and his recent actions as a vigilante were causing some complications

"you don't seem to have a clear goal in mind for now,no worries, everything will fall into place as long as you persist and don't give up the general goals,though it would be better if you took up genetics as I believe you have a certain spark in that,as well as some advanced mechanics" Tom spoke with a small smile while Peter who was happy about the praise suddenly felt like he was on fire

What do you mean by genetics,do you know something about me I didn't tell you?!
