My name is Snow, before becoming a delinquent and homeless with my sister, I was one of the guinea pigs used to test the Serum X. Serum X is a serum that is the answer to the revolution about various conspiracy theories of the evolution of living things so far. Unfortunately, this research uses serum it is not on farm animals, but is being tested on children. This happened about 10 years ago, a famous professor who just received the Nobel Prize for his discovery, his name was Professor Light. But actually, the serum that he found was not for the normal evolution of living things, he found a serum that could make his guinea pigs have powers that go beyond normal limits that cannot be accepted by common sense, the laws of physics, human anatomy, and so on.

To test it requires children within aged 7 to 10 years, the reason for using children with that age is because at this age humans will experience very rapid growth so that the effect of the serum can be maximized and requires a short observation time.

But before starting the research, the children will erase all their memories, starting from their names, their families, and all their memories. It is still unknown what the effect of the loss of all our memories at that time was. After all, memories are erased and we will be injected with serum X. After the injection, our bodies will immediately experience severe convulsions and very high fever. After a week all the pain disappeared, then we went through the next stage, namely the physical test, maybe what we had in mind with what was in the professor's mind was different, because we thought that the physical test was just checking the condition of our bodies, but unfortunately it wasn't.

The fact is that we were tortured 10 times in 24 hours, I don't know what kind of torture other friends felt, but if I have tortured myself by whipping, throwing knives until my body was full of stitches, being chased by a cheetah that had been mutant, and immersed in a bath filled with very large amounts of ice. During this "torture" powers beyond our human senses emerge. For example, some can breathe underwater, some can take out their wings from their backs, and many others. This extraordinary ability is called Gen-X which stands for "Generation of serum X", I have a Gen-X named Speed-Up. After our Gen-X appeared, we were named after the type of Gen-X we had. The professor gave me the name Snow because when my body reaches a temperature below the normal human temperature, my movement speed will increase 3 times my maximum speed.

After 2 years as a guinea pig in a laboratory, I found a 7 years old girl who has the same hair color, eyes, and facial contours as me. I started to think of her as my sister, when I first met her, I told her some similarities that made her believe that we were brothers. With some similarities, we are getting closer like siblings. Sometimes in the middle of the night when the guard is off guard, I use my Gen-X to run to her room just to read her a bedtime story, so she doesn't get scared and sleep well. But what makes my heart hurt is the physical test she went through, I really couldn't stand to see her pass that torture, after completing the physical test she and her guards passed my glass room smiling with many wounds on her body.

I was able to overhear the conversation of the guard who passed in front of my room, that she was a strange guinea pig because she had passed various physical tests several times but her body did not show any progress. What made me even more worried was when the guards said that tomorrow would be her last test if she still couldn't bring out her Gen-X then she would be killed because it was considered as a failed experiment. Because of that, that night I was desperate to take her out of that crazy lab, we became their fugitives for 1 year, and during that year she and I were taken care of by an old grandmother who lives in a small village, the grandmother's name was Jeannie, she was very kind and she was gentle when taking care of us, she was also the one who gave my sister a name. After a year of her care, we heard that the laboratory was closed due to allegations of serious human rights violations, and Prof. Light is imprisoned.

6 years later Grandma Jeannie died, and we were forced to become street children because none of the villagers wanted to take care of us because they knew that we were not ordinary people and had no blood relationship with Grandma Jeannie.

After that, I became a thief and my sister didn't know it, she thought that if I worked odd jobs, this was the only way for me and my sister to survive. Until the day that Lilith was kidnapped by street bad guys, they forced me to make $1,000 a night to make up for it.
