All the abilities of fused zamasu, from immortality to having ki that pretty much mean he can do anything with enough control of it. In dragon ball even they didn't show true capabilities of ki, just remember that there a lot of abilities that was forgotten through the show and manga like:

mass manipulation

telekinesis

duplication

creation

transformation

cutting dimensions

etc...etc.

for his curse technique "merge" is more interesting.

it allow him to gather the curse energy of cursed spirits and merge them into two different ways.

first making cursed compressed crystals that can increase the amount of curse energy someone have.

the second way is by merging curse energy into a new servant cursed spirit that need more or less energy to create depending on the level desired from the creator.

as for domain expansion it yet to be shown.
