Chapter 62 – An annoying sheep

 One day after school, Masayuki walked to Shigure's house as usual. Emiko and Handa are with him. But, as they entered the stairs leading to Shigure's house, they saw a commotion going on. It was about Kyo grabbing Hiro for stealing Tohru's pocketbook.

 "What is going on here, senpai?" Masayuki asked.

Kyo, who was still angry, then looked at him and his sister and childhood friend. "This brat stole Tohru's pocketbook."

 "What?" Masayuki replied, before looking at Hiro, the sheep of the zodiac. "Is that true?"

 "Oh, come on, don't sweat it," Hiro retorted back.

This makes Kyo even more angry.

 "Give that back, Hiro-kun," Handa said to Hiro.

Hearing that name, Masayuki thought, "So that's his name…I wonder what zodiac animal he was…"

Hiro then dared Kyo to do something to him in front of Tohru, Masayuki, and the others.

But then, Kisa came and interfered and tells Hiro off for stealing Tohru's pocketbook.

She then begged him to return it.

Hiro then threw back the pocketbook to Tohru.

 "That's not nice, Hiro-kun!" Masayuki responded to this.

 "Hiro!" Kyo shouted at Hiro.

But Kisa says that it's okay.

Shortly after that, they all went to Shigure's house. There they all watched a movie being played on TV. Hiro and Kisa are next to each other. Masayuki asked Yuki who Hiro was.

 "That's Hiro Sohma," replied Yuki. "He's the sheep of the zodiac."

Hiro hears that and turned to Yuki. "Hey! Why did you say that?"

 "He and his younger sister deserved to hear that," Yuki briefly responded.

 "Ugh, who are those people?" Hiro pointed at Masayuki and Emiko.

 "These two are Masayuki and Emiko Honda." Momiji looked at the two siblings. "They are cousins of Tohru Honda."

 "Oh, okay then," Hiro replied back. "At least they are gullible."

 "Hey! Those two are our friends, you annoying brat!" Kyo snapped at him.

 "Yes, Hiro, they are like my older siblings," Kisa added.

Hiro then looked at her. "In what way?"

 "They were nice to me."

 "I see then."

Tohru then smiled at him. "I hoped you'll get along with them."

But then, shortly thereafter, Shigure was teasing Mitsu for fun, and this causes Masayuki to get up, grab a slipper, and throw it to Shigure. "Cut it out, Shigure!"

 "What did you do that for?" Shigure glanced at him. "I'm just having a little fun here."

 "You're going to make her suicidal again!"

Mitsu then looked at Masayuki with a slight smile in relief. "Thanks, Masayuki-kun."

The young teenage boy then nodded at her. "No problem. I'm just making sure his attitude is in check."

He then picked up the slipper he had thrown.

Shigure was affected by Masayuki's father-like attitude on him and went back to work.
