Twenty four

  Eva shouts suddenly as she had a bad feeling about Mona's answer. 

    "Speak!!"

  Everyone were whispering now as they decided to watch the outcome of what would happen...

    "Where's my mother" She bellows angrily, shaking In fear. 

  Her knees suddenly gave way and she fell to the ground when Mona pulls out the sack and drags out the occupant of the sack. 

. Revealing the charred body of her mother.....which was nothing less compared to a skeleton half eaten by maggots and stunk so bad In the air...

Oblivious of whatever was happening outside, Jared was in the nurse clinic. 

  Nurse Lily was preparing his usual morning injection. 

  Jared looked at what she was mixing and said. 

  "Can't I just drink it all...maybe if I do...it will work faster"

  Lily shakes her head. 

  "I'm not sure of what might happen if you do that but I think it's better if we stick to the normal dose everyday...."
