First time meeting with new coach

Today is the first time I came to the Säbener Straße(training center).

This will be my first meeting with my new coach Kovac.

As usual, I changed into my training clothes and went onto the turf.

I was among the first batch of people to come. 

As soon as we began to train we saw Kovac coming to us with a smile.

"Hello guys, I am your new trainer Niko Kovac. I think there is no need to introduce myself as we all know us from the Bundesliga already.", he introduced himself with a smile.

One thing I need to say is that he is very charismatic and likable.

"Max, I need to speak with you for a short while. You are okay with me calling you Max or should I change it?", he said with a smile.

"Yes, coach", I answered him with a smile.

"No need to be this formal. Just call me Niko.", he said.

"To be short. I like you.", Niko said suddenly.

I was taken aback by this sudden confession.

"What are you thinking? I mean your footballing of course.", he told me while laughing.

"Oh", I realized how dumb I was just now. But there's nothing I can do about it. While being this handsome of course I have received many confessions. I thought. Well in my dreams. I have never gotten many confessions as I am not in much contact with many people. At least I am still handsome.

"Well, anyway, You are very good for me. I like to various different formations and thus need flexible players. I need fast players. I need good defenders. I need playmakers. You are fulfilling all criterions. With such a strength at this young age you will be one of the best, if not the best player in the world. Due to this I will train you and be strict with you. I will be training you harder and stricter than everyone else. Dont think I don't like you. I like you the most. Due to this you will face harsher training than the others. Thats it. You can go now", Kovac said with a serious expression.

"Okay", I answered with a serious expression.

This was my opportunity for a big breakthrough.

After everyone arrived at the training grounds we first went into the tactical room of the training complex. 

Covach explained to all of us how he wanted to play and how we should play there. 

This took a whole week with many different tactics and a few training sessions in between.

To be short.

He wants to play offensive football. 

We will play in a 3-5-2 formation and the positions arent decided yet.
