Chapter 3

EXT. CEMETERY- MORNING

A large group of people dressed in black surround the graves of the diseased.

A PRIEST finishes a prayer, and people start to leave the graveyard. A few people walk to a man in a black suit to shake his hand and offer their apologies. Tall, broad-shouldered, and a shaven bold head. DON KING.

A thin man in GLASSES approaches Don King.

CAMERON SMITH

I'm sorry, buddy.

Don King continues to stare at the GRAVESTONES.

He takes a step toward his children's graves.

CAMERON SMITH (CONT'D)

Don?

Don King raises his head and blankly looks at Cameron.

DON KING

Philip, who was at the mansion the night my wife and son were murdered?

CAMERON SMITH

(Brief pause as he thinks it over.)

Zen and Ben.

DON KING

I want 'em both dead.

CAMERON SMITH

But I don't think that-

DON KING

Don't question me.

Cameron looks back at TREVOR BALE who walks to his Mercedes-Benz with his family.

DON KING (CONT'D)

We must figure who did this.

CAMERON SMITH

You think The Rogue Agent had anything to do with this?

DON KING

That guy may be insane, but he isn't that stupid.

CAMERON SMITH

Maybe we should keep an eye on him. He believes in the stories of William Afton.

DON KING

I always got men keeping an eye on everyone.

Both men look at the gravestones in silence for a moment.

DON KING (CONT'D)

Get me Thomas. I want to know everything the cops know about this.

EXT. SKY – STARY NIGHT

The stars shine brightly next to the moon in the night sky.

EXT. ROOFTOPS - NIGHT

CORPORAL PHILIP stands next to pipes, hands in coat pockets. A man into his 20's, short combed over hair, with a young face with small amount of facial hair you could only see in light. Brown hair with an undercover uniform on.

A tall figure approaches.

THE ROGUE AGENT

Corporal.

Philip, caught by surprise, swiftly turns around to see The Rogue Agent.

PHIL

Graves. That's the answer to the letters on the picture. Graves.

THE ROGUE AGENT

I know.

PHIL

You knew? For how long?

THE ROGUE AGENT

A while.

PHIL

You should have told me. I want to help you know.

The Rogue Agent looks at him, saying nothing.

PHIL (CONT'D)

You think this means anything sir?

THE ROGUE AGENT

A hill of 5 graves was shown in the picture which had the answer to his first game. We assumed it referred to his victims being family of a corrupt cop who claimed to have known the truth of William Afton. Taking money and credit for helping a man named HENRY EMILY.

PHIL

Ok so it was, Officer Tucker. He has always gone back to the underground pizza place to get evidence that his grandfather knew Michael Afton.

THE ROGUE AGENT

No, it's not him. It couldn't' have been. He is just a young kid looking for fame, but he hasn't provoked really any believers. Also, he's files are clean. He isn't a corrupt individual. Just a young officer that just wants attention.

Phil gives him a perplexed look.

PHIL

I don't understand. Why King's family, they have been in the police force since his great-grandfather. It's a dynasty now for them to want to stop these high-ranking criminals. And to calling them "pigs". That is a harsh term for officers like us.

THE ROGUE AGENT

"Pig" is the nickname for Don King on many skeptics' social media websites. Someone claimed they didn't have enough proof to show he was telling false stories, but many theorists didn't believe his claims. Officer Tucker was also working on the King's case at the time of the first murder.

(beat)

This time we know what to look for.

PHIL

There's no gangster, criminal or mob boss nicknamed "Grave" that I can think of from the files.

THE ROGUE AGENT

The two kids were buried this morning. My guess is there's something in or connected to the graves the murder wants us to see.

PHIL

Yeah, right. Getting a warrant for that would take weeks you know.

THE ROGUE AGENT

I don't need a warrant for what I do corporal.

Phil grabbed The Rogue Agents hand and looked at the back of his head.

PHIL

Good luck sir.

Creation is fun, give me a wish!
