Walking through the front of that castle heading back to the car I ask Kiritsugu the question that's been bugging me for the past minute.

"Hay dad, why did we just leave, from the way you talked you hated that guy, so why would you just leave him alone"

"Yes I do hate him however in a way it's thanks to him I have what I have"

After saying that he looks at Ilya and smiles.

"Besides it's not like we will get anything I he's gone"

"Wouldn't Ilya be the only Einzbern's left and get everything in that case"

Hearing my words Kiritsugu stops walking and looks back to the castle with a conflicted look.

"How did I not realise that. Haaaaa must be the current peace, it making me dull. Never mind we will save that for the future"

Arriving at the car Ilya asks a question the immediately depressed Kiritsugu.

"Papa. Um. Where's Mama"

At those words Kiritsugu's face drops and you can almost see the depression on him, but Ilya continues.

"When you an Mama left for the holy grail war you said we would be together afterwards, so where's Mama"

Refusing to answer, Kiritsugu looks away.

"Papa"

"Ilya, your mother. She's gone"

"What how" Ilya reply's shocked.

"...."

Refusing to answer Kiritsugu stays silent.

"PAPA"

"She became the grail and never came back"

"Mama. MAMA, WAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

Hearing Kiritsugu's answer, Ilya starts crying like, well like she just lost her mother.

Shortly after we start driving away. Ilya has cried herself asleep, Sakura is also resting, as for me, well I left shortly after we started driving. Leaving an illusion in my please, I activated the speed force and ran back to Fuyuki. The trip took about two minutes, however, considering I'm running at half the speed of light you can imagine how hard it was, I mean come in I have no idea where Japan is from Germany, let alone Fuyuki, and unfortunately gps doesn't exist yet, at least I don't think it does. Yeah the trip took a while, crossing all over the globe I eventually got back to Fuyuki.

Back in Fuyuki I make my way up the mountain and search for the entrance to the greater grail. Let's hope all those fan fictions were right. finding the core of the grail I use my magic to analyse it, and let me tell you this thing I about as corrupt as they come. Considering its had the soul of an evil god who literally representative all the world's evils inside it for fifty years, it makes sense.

"Alright let's do this. Fan fic knowledge don't fail me now"

Activating my magic I examine the grail and holy crap let me tell you. This thing is disgusting, like I'd rather jump head first into a full latrine pit then dip my doe into this thing. It's like a literal ocean of, nope, I'm gonna stop there, just looking at this thing is making me sick.

After analysing it, I find what I can only describe as a literal light in the darkness, however like any light in this much darkness, it's swiftly seeing sniffed out, I give it another week top's.

"Okay. Lets home I'm right about this"

Using magic magic I take the light out of the grail, however the moment the light leave the grail it starts to get pulled away and no matter how much I try I can't hold it. It's a soul and the only power that can do that is the third magic heavens feel. My magic may be powerful but it has limits, I can't create things from nothing like the first, I need something to start from and change, I can't travel to other world like the second, and I can't materialise and hold a soul like the third.

Desperate for a solution, I do the first thing that pops into my head. I create a body around the soul. Using the soul as a template a create a body for the soul as close and compatible with it as I can.

After the body is created I quickly create clothes around it, can't forget that. Looking at the woman in front of me. I'm shocked, it's one thing see her in an anime, it's another thing to see her in real life, the anime doesn't to her enough justice, she's beautiful, long white hair and red eyes, like an older Ilya or is suppose Ilya is a younger her. Irisviel von Einzbern, I hope. After we stare at each other for a for about a minute, she talks first.

"Who are you, where am I and how did I get out of the grail"

"To answer you questions in order, I'm Nicholas, were currently just outside of the grail" I point at the greater grail as I say that.

"As for how you got out, I wield a true magic, using it I got you out of the grail and made you a new body"

"Impossible your so young"

"Eahhem. Now that I have answered your questions can you answer mine, who are you, are you Iri, it so cool, if not who are you"

"So you are Iri, sorry what your full name, every time dad mentions you he only calls you Iri"

"Wait, dad, who's your dad"

"Kiritsugu Emiya, he adopted me shortly after the holy grail war, also you still haven't told me your name"

"Kiritsugu, Is he ok, what about Ilya, how is she, where are they, are they here"

Listening to the machine gun fire of questions I stop here.

"Hold up. First answer my question then I'll answer yours, what your name"

Realising her action she takes a proper bow before answering.

"I apologize for that, My name is Irisviel von Einzbern, wel, mostly. It's nice to meet you"

Returning the courtesy I reply.

"Nice to meet you Irisviel, my name is Nicholas. Also what do you mean by mostly"

Thinking before answering the question, she finally decides what she's gonna say before answering me.

"Well you may not no this but, I'm a homunculus created by the Einzbern as a grail vessel however I was also created on an attempt to recreate Justeaze Lizrich von Einzbern, who was used as the core of the greater grail. During the third war my family the Einzbern attempted to cheat by summoning the extra class servant Avenger Angra mainyu. But that failed, he was weak, far weaker then a servant should be and was the first to die in that war"

"How do you know all this"

"I was inside the grail, while it was trying to corrupt me I saw what happened and how, also the remains of Justeaze told me"
