A few days have passed since the incident with Paul. Lux made sure to erase all traces of his and his wife's magic that was in the air, more so hers than his. This way no one who was curious could trail them. It's not that he's worried about the supernatural, he just doesn't want to get involved yet. The newly married couple left Japan to head to Lux's farm.

It took Zenith about a half a day to get over the fact that her new home is a farm. Not that she hates it or anything, it's just a sudden change that she needed to adjust to. Truthfully it only took her 2 days to fall in love with the farm. It's not too surprising considering how much Zenith loved to garden.

She had been quite shocked when Lux gave her a detour around the farm. Her husband told her that the farm was still pretty small since he's only been living here for a few weeks. Zenith clearly felt differently, for only being here for a few weeks the farm is actually quite a bit larger than it should be. Especially considering the fact that Lux told her that he did most of the work with his own two hands. He says using magic cheapens the experience of farming.

Yes Lux is cheating a bit by using the All-Purpose Farming Tool and a bit of other magic here and there. But not to the point where his magic is doing more work than he is physically. Quite similar to the protagonist Hiraku Machio from the anime Farming Life In Another World. At least that's how he sees it.

Zenith felt that his farming tool was such a hax, she could sense the massive amount of magic it exudes. She came to this conclusion after learning how he doesn't need seeds to grow crops. Lux can think of literally ANYTHING he wishes to plant in the soil, it will be seeded and grow despite what season and quicker than in nature. Soil turned by his overpowered farming tool will be enhanced and grow normal or magical seeds and food when in the past it was dead and unable to sustain life.

A fence made of tree logs was built around the crops. One thing that shocked Zenith to the core is that this farm is located in the Forest of Death. One of top 2 biggest as well as most dangerous forests in the world declared by both humans and the supernatural. The supernatural doesn't even send none of their subordinates to watch over the forest because of how much of a hassle it can be. Too many dangerous magical and non magical creatures reside in this specific forest. The trees in the forest were said to be extremely hard to cut through.

Yet her husband easily slices through these strong trees as if they are made of paper.

As much as she didn't want to admit, seeing that feat performed so casually sexually aroused her a lot. Especially when looking at how his back muscles move while chopping them down.

Their home was a cabin, it wasn't small nor was it huge. She was a bit surprised that he actually had a working bathroom inside of it. Apparently the wastewater travels to a designated area that is filled with slimes who eat waste products and dead organic matter. Which is then purified.

Excluding the wooden bath in their cabin, Lux had built a bath house and a public toilet all made of wood. He's also currently working on building a wooden house for guests to stay in. For the time being, the bath house is for if he wanted to take a bath in the bigger bathtub that's there. He didn't want the one in their cabin to be too large since this cabin will only be temporary until he decides they need a bigger home.

The food grown in the farm tasted absolutely amazing to Zenith, the first time she ate an apple from the farm she almost cried tears from how good it tasted.

She knew that if Lux ever wanted to sell his crops, he would destroy any form of competition with ease.

But she knew that her husband didn't need money, he's farming because he loves to farm.

Right now, Zenith and Lux were out in the field. Lux wanted to grow some Senzu Beans and today the beans finished growing.

"So these are called Senzu Beans?" Zenith pointed to the beans. She's wearing the same outfit that her canon version wears in Mushoku Tensei.

Lux nodded while grinning. "Yep."

"What's so special about them? I've never heard of them before. Wait, do you know about these beans from one of your previous lives?" Zenith asked.

Yeah Lux told her who he truly is, an immortal. Honestly it would've been very idiotic if he kept something like that from her since she is his wife. Plus he already told her that he had nothing to hide. Lux at this point is so powerful that his secrets being learned by someone else doesn't matter in the slightest to him.

It blew Zenith's mind completely knowing that her savior is a true immortal. As far she knew, even gods and dragons can die. Then it made her extremely happy when she realized just how much of an upgrade her husband is compared to Paul. Her ex-husband is not in the same multiverse as Lux.

Even though it only been several days, Zenith loved how much Lux doted on her.

Lux nodded. "Yeah it was back when I was reincarnated in the dragon ball universe. Good times, I had a lot of fun there."

"Dragon ball? Is it similar to the anime kids watch these days called Drag-So-Ball?" Zenith wondered.

"Very much so, but that anime can't compare to the real deal. One day we can take a trip there if you want." Lux replied.

"I shouldn't be shocked that you can do even that, but here I am still getting shocked." She shook her head. "So what's so special about these Senzu Beans?"

"They are basically a better version of Phoenix Tears, unlike those tears my Senzu Beans can restore both blood and organ loss on top of restoring stamina and magical power. It also has immense regeneration properties meaning if you lose any limb the Senzu Bean will regrow that lost limb. If you eat one, it can keep your stomach full for 10 whole days. The only downfall is that it cannot heal injuries already healed over. Oh and it can restore ki." Lux gave her a brief explanation of the Senzu Beans.

Usually the beans wouldn't restore magical power and only ki alone, but Lux made it while he was plowing the field to seed them. His farming tool carried out his intent.

Zenith was stunned for a moment, she looked at her husband. "I'm sure you know these beans can cause a war right?"

"Definitely, but it won't matter in the end." Lux shrugged.

"How so?" Zenith asked.

"Simple my dear wife, no one will know how to produce them and trying to steal from me is basically courting death depending on the type of relationship I have with said thief. Even the Satan Ajuka Beelzebub won't be able to figure out how to produce the beans. Also cloning the beans won't give the copies any of the healing properties." Lux answered.

She nodded, basically there's almost no way for the beans to be used against them.

"After we finish gathering these Senzu Beans, we are going to check on what next?"

"Have you ever heard of the term chakra?"

Zenith answered. "Yes I have, it's really only used with senjutsu from what I know."

"Exactly, that's how chakra is known in this world, it's not necessarily powerful on its own without being in use with senjutsu. It cannot be put on the same power system tier as magic. What if I told you chakra is much, much more versatile and stronger than what the world currently knows?" Lux said.

"Seeing that it's you who is telling me this, I wouldn't be surprised." Zenith smiled softly. "But what does this have to do with what I asked earlier?"

"You see, we are going to check on the chakra fruits I planted some days ago." Her husband replied.

Tilting her head in confusion, which Lux found cute, she repeated. "Chakra fruits?"

"Come on I'll show you, we can leave the basket of Senzu Beans here for now." Lux grabbed her hand and led her to the chakra fruits.

Zenith loved how her hand felt in his, it was warm and surprisingly soft. Which is odd considering how much Lux uses his hands to farm. She took a step forward and interlocked their fingers together.

Obviously Lux noticed her action and was happy about it but chose to not say anything.

They stopped walking as soon as they reached the orchard. Looking at a pretty big tree, Zenith can see several burgundy colored fruits. She honestly didn't know which other fruit to compare them to in appearance.

"These are?" Zenith looked at her husband.

Lux nodded. "These are chakra fruits, usually it would take a thousand years for a God Tree to constantly gather enough natural energy from the planet to produce a single chakra fruit. As you know my All-Purpose Farming Tool allows me to plant anything I want in the soil as long as I'm thinking of what I want to plant as I'm plowing the soil. Because of it, this gives me a much easier method of producing them without taking a continuous flow of a massive amount of natural energy from the planet. Granted I could just create them myself using my power manually but where's the fun in that?" He smiled.

Over the several days she's been married to Lux, she's been growing more and more fond of his smile. In a way, it makes her happy seeing him happy.

"Not much I guess, so what is special about it?" Zenith asked him.

"I told you chakra is more versatile and powerful than people think, even the Youkai race themselves who are the most familiar and specialized with chakra underestimate its use. Basically this fruit gives a person not only the ability to use chakra, it gives them many abilities that can be classified as bloodline abilities. Extremely similar to having Devils have bloodline abilities. Also a chakra fruit gives a person a tremendous boost in power. For example, the fruit can put a person whose power is at the level of a Low-Class Devil on a similar level to the Four Great Satans. With enough training, the chakra fruit user will eventually surpass even them. Though considering Sirzechs true form, it might take more effort to surpass him compared to the other Satans.

This information stunned Zenith immensely, how could it not?

"HUH?! These little ugly fruits contain that much power?! What the hell?!" Zenith shouted in pure shock.

Lux chuckled at her reaction, he pulled her into a hug. Zenith stayed in his embrace, slowly hugging him back.

"Yeah they do contain quite a bit of power." Lux said to her.

"Quite a bit? That's definitely more than just a damn bit! So many factions would be hunting all over the world for you if they found out about these chakra fruits of yours." Zenith shook her head and sighed.

"Probably, but that's why I said earlier that people underestimate the true power of chakra. Here let me give you a quick example." Lux told her.

He let go of her, which made Zenith a bit sad, then backed up a bit before releasing an aura of his chakra.

The beautiful blonde woman felt a heavy pressure settle in the surrounding area, gazing at the blue aura around him.

'The amount of power he's releasing feels equal to an Ultimate-Class Devil. Knowing what I do know of Lux, he's not releasing anywhere near his full power. This is more than likely a very, very small percentage of it. Like a less than 2% type of small. Damn, I had no idea chakra alone could be this powerful.' She thought to herself.

"See what I mean?" Lux said as he stopped flaring his chakra.

"Yes I do, but what is the purpose of growing them? I highly doubt you're going to give them to any faction for a small price." Zenith questioned.

"Well I'm sure as you know that our farm will continue to keep growing bigger as time goes on. I won't be surprised if one day people start living here with us. If that's the case then I don't need a bunch of weaklings here who can't help protect it. I probably already said this before, I'm not stupid enough to believe that word won't get out about the farm eventually. Sooner or later some idiots from any of the factions might try to act against me for various reasons. Hell, even the wild magical beasts in the forest are powerful enough to cause damage here. Sure, I myself am more than enough to protect our farm from any harm. However, the ones who will live here in the future need to be strong enough to help protect our farm if I'm not around. Even if they contribute help to the farm, they will still need power to protect themselves in this world, especially if they are going to be associated with me." Lux explained.

His words made sense to her, it also made her realize that she needed to get way stronger. She's his wife, so her level of strength can be seen as a reflection of him. She cannot afford to become a burden, it'll make her an easy target in order to get to Lux.

Still, a teasing smile formed on her face. "I thought my husband said he wasn't a good person."

Lux rolled his eyes at her attempt to tease him. "I'm not, my dead enemies would agree with me."

"Well I don't care what they think, as your wife I say that you're not the bad person you say you are." Zenith smirked.

"Uh huh, whatever you say my dear wife." Lux shook his head. "Anyways, let's pick these chakra fruits off the trees. I still need to get back to working on finishing the housing for guests."

"Do…you mind if I help you with the housing?" She asked.

"Not at all, I can never get enough of spending time with my dear Zenith." He kissed her cheek.

Zenith blushed slightly and smiled, liking how his kiss felt.

The routine of the married couple working on the farm together continued as the days passed.
