Multiverse/Multiworld Idea 2

This one, I'm not sure what was going through my head at the time, but here this one is.

Person dies, when the ROB grants him three wishes, he chooses for is first one to live through every single video game main character he's played and completed their game and retain all of their power.

for his second wish, is an inner world type universe, where it's a dimension which he has access to, and only him or those he allows can enter or leave it.

for his third and final wish, is that any companions that those characters had would be put into said inner world.

due to the interesting and highly entertaining wishes the person made, the ROB grants him a minor system, the only thing it can do, is allow him to go to another universe with a catch.

he has to become the main character of that universe (I'm on the fence with the become main character, put that as a maybe), and all his powers, access to the inner world, and ability to go to another verse is sealed until the end game of said universe, like for example, if he chose to go to the universe of Fallout new vegas, his powers and access are returned a little before the battle of hoover dam occurs.

but there is an upside, some universes allow him to access everything earlier, like one piece, he would be allowed access around the time when the strawhat pirates leave fishman island.

As I put, I'm on the fence on the become the main character part, I'm thinking perhaps it being an option, like he could go to Star Wars the force unleashed and choose either become Galen Marek (Starkiller) and get his powers added to his roster and all his powers being locked till before the fight with vader, or to not become the main character and just pop into the world for the other loot, in which his powers are not locked, but restricted, like he can't pull out too large of things from other worlds, but can do smaller things that could possibly be mistaken as the force, or an interesting force ability that only he could do.
