17. Azure Feather cave

I healed myself with a healing crystal I brought from Land of Dawn, I didn't expect a fight here. I should've brought some more, I only have two left now.

I searched around the forest for some hints of twilight orb, but couldn't find any. Guess this forest was a wrong place to search for it.

I teleport to the capital of Srytia, checked in a hotel to stay for the night. Hoping to have a good sleep.

I woke up few hours before the sunrise, had a decent sleep and now preparing for today's journey.

I had breakfast at hotel's room service, the food was amazing!

I buy teleportation ticket for City of Givrene, along with a return ticket.

As I teleported, I found myself in a severe snowstorm. Never knew some places can have such heavy snowstorm in middle of the autumn.

The cave is close to this city, I started walking towards it and saw an infantry, they're wearing the same type of armor, except one.

It was Alaster, and his soldiers (?)

I shout his name out and caught his attention.

"You're late, Lucifer. But glad to see you doing fine."

"Sorry, took me a while to get to the forest. Good to see you again too."

"Is this your army?" I ask.

"Not really, but you can say so."

We reached the entrance of the cave, looks like it's an underground cave.

As we went inside, I saw the cave is full of beautiful blue crystals lighting up the whole cave inside. The reason why no one collected crystals from this cave is because it is said in legends that whoever steals crystals from this cave will suffer misery for the rest of their life.

It was a good sightseeing as we were walking through this cave, then the cave split in 2 different paths. I volunteered to take the path on right side, while sending Alaster to left, He sent twenty of his men with me, while taking fifteen with himself.

I notice the air getting colder as we advance forward, also started to see icicles on the cave's ceiling.

After a while we reached a place where it seems like the deepest part of this cave, the area is huge, and even more beautiful than rest of the cave. Half of this area looks like a lake, but frozen due to the temperature, there are three giant crystals at the center with something floating in middle of them, and as usual the area is filled with lots of crystals, but here, the crystals have different colour.

We were amazed by the view of this area, no words can explain how beautiful this place is.

But the feeling of amazement was unusually short-lived as every face began to darken.
