Chapter 3: Juvia Lockser

"MmMmMmmmm..." I groaned groggily, opening my eyes slowly as I had finally regained consciousness. I was surprised to have experience mana fatigue, wishing to never have to go through it again.

I looked outside my window and saw that it was now daytime, presumably the next day since I lost consciousness. I took a quick shower and did my usual morning routine before changing into some white shorts, a plain black t-shirt and a white jacket - I also tied my hair up into a small ponytail at the end, looking at myself in the mirror as I admired my/Solis' looks.

'Thanks for the body, and rest in peace' I thought as I placed my hands together into a pray. Ever since transmigrating into this body, I would always do this whenever I could after the memories of Solis flowed into me the first day I got here. Turns out, he died alone due to a common cold, calling out to his parents which weren't here as they were busy working before sleeping for eternity. It's pretty sad, especially because I'm technically the one who experience it, so I do this whenever I can out of respect.

After finishing the prayer, I left the house and went for a long walk around Magnolia which I do occasionally, admiring the beautiful scenery of the fun and lively town.

As I ended up at the Fairy Tail guild and was ready to turn back, my gaze halted at the Guild logo for a little longer than usual as I thought about my new Star Magic and system, "Could I..." I looked at my opened hand before clenching it, shaking my head of the thoughts, "No... I'm too weak right now..." I muttered, turning around and ready to walk back when

"Hm...? Hey!" I heard a familiar voice enter my ears, turning around to see Lucy waving at me with a confused Natsu and Happy behind her as they walked towards me

"You know this guy, Lucy?" The salmon-haired boy asked, bringing his face close to mine before checking out my whole body and even sniffing me weirdly enough, "This... you smell pretty good" 

"Thanks, but I don't swing that way" I replied with a raised hand, my words confusing both Happy and Natsu as they tilted their heads and asked "Where's the swing?" to each other, looking around for one in the proximity.

"Pff..." Lucy chuckled, barely holding back a laugh as she walked up to me with a smile, "Now that I think about it... I never got your name, did I? My name's Lucy, it's nice to meet you... again" She mumbled the last part, a barely visible hint of red on her cheeks as she held her hand out for a shake.

"Nice to meet you too, Lucy. The name's Solis, Solis Xenova" I replied, shaking Lucy's soft hand firmly before we were interrupted by the fire-breathing human grabbing me by my collar

"Where's the swing, huh?! Where is it!?" He asked, causing me to sigh as I looked over his shoulder to see Lucy face palming before walking behind Natsu and placing her hand on his shoulder, getting his attention, "What's up, Lucy?"

"There is no swing, you idiots" Her comment stumped both Natsu and Happy as they released a small, "Eh?" As Lucy pulled him away from me, causing him to release his grasp of my collar which I pat off, "Now don't go around grabbing people by the collar, you imbecile!" She shouted.

I watched the small bickering with a soft smile. Though, it didn't last long after Lucy informed me that she and the other two were going out of town to check on her father after their 7 year return.

For a second, I debated about whether or not I should tell Lucy right now that her father's dead. But after looking at Natsu beside her, I decided not to as I'd rather not die from his flaming punch after only a few days of being here.

"See ya, Solis!" Lucy waved, with Natsu and Happy doing the same as I overheard heard them tell Lucy, "His name's cool".

After looking at the Fairy Tail logo once more, I decided it was time to leave and that I'd perhaps come back another day if I decide that I'm strong enough to join.

As I arrived home, I took off my jacket and my shirt, leaving only my white pair of shorts as I went to leave my house to work out when I opened the door to see a stunning girl with azure blue hair tightly curled at the base, midnight blue eyes, snow white skin and a curvaceous figure with her hand raised, about to knock on my currently-open door

"Ah!" She jumped, before composing herself with a cough, "Juvia would like to use your bath, if that is okay? Juvia does not wish to intrude" Juvia said with a respectful bow before looking at me, waiting for a response.

My heart was currently pounding. If I'm being honest, Juvia was/is my favourite female in Fairy Tail and was my crush when I watched it. So seeing her now was like a dream come true, "Of course, come on in, Juvia" I managed to utter after composing myself, allowing her into my house before closing it behind her.

"Juvia would like to know where the bathroom is" She said. I led her to the bathroom which she entered, "Is it okay if I join you, Juvia?" I asked

However, what I hadn't expected was for her to seemingly get a little mad as she said, "Juvia's body is only for Gray-sama to see!" Blushing as she did, seemingly thinking of Gray I assumed, "Thank you for the bath" She was about to close the door.

I then remembered and thought about the time Lucy said something along the lines of, "It's only right, after all". I assumed this was part of the hypnosis effect of the bathroom, so I put my foot out and prevented the door from closing as I persisted,

"I'm letting you use my bathroom, so isn't it right that I get to enter my own bathroom?" I felt like an asshole, but I was fine with it for some reason.

I saw Juvia hesitate momentarily, before sighing and opening the door, "You are right... Juvia apologises and hope she can still use the bathroom" I entered, nodding at her as I told her she could much to her joy.

I watched her bring her hands up to her blue coat in order to unbutton it, but she looked at me and stopped her action, "Juvia would like it if you could turn away as Juvia changes. Juvia is fine for you to enter the bathroom, but Juvia wishes to preserve her body for her Gray-sama"

Okay. Her words kind of annoyed me. If there's one thing I didn't like about Fairy Tail and Gray specifically, it was the way he treated Juvia and only acknowledged her during the 100 year quest. Some may argue that it started during the Tartaros arc, but the Avatar arc where he left Juvia for a whole year without telling her was uncalled for.

If there's one couple I respected, it was Gajeel and Levy. Even if Levy were to turn up at my door asking to use the bathroom, I'd probably turn her away out of respect for their future relationship.

I squinted my eyes, looking at the unwilling Juvia, "Say... what has your 'Gray-sama' ever done for you, exactly?" Her eyes widened, but I carried on, "Why do you care so much about a man that neglects you and your feelings? Not respecting it in the slightest" I saw her visibly start to shake. Whether it was in anger or something else, I was unsure.

I took the opportunity to approach her, pushing her up against the wall of my bathroom as I raised my arm and rested it above her head, leaning closer to her face as I looked down at her, "Don't you think you should give up on this unrequited love of yours?" I finished, looking at her trembling figure.

"J-Juvia..." She mustered, raising her arms up slowly towards my chest, "Juvia must apologise!" She said angrily, pushing me to the floor before walking to the door of the bathroom, "Do not ever talk bad about Gray-sama again" She left, slamming the door in the process.

"Well shit"
