Rare Privilege

Under everyone's watchful gaze, she stretched her hands into the fire and it engulfed her in what seemed like a hug. The teacher's jaw dropped. He really went in! They all thought he would back out but instead, he went in and the way the fire engulfed him was mysterious. Bloody hell!

This had never happened before in fact, most people would run in and then out. This was common with the student. The teachers however, manage to reach the blue flame while some experts, scaled through the purple flame. But the highest anyone had gone was the black flame. Although no one knew who attained that level, rumor had it that that particular person wanted to keep it a secret. Based on the current record, the only person who had stayed longest in the furnace except the unknown person was the head master.

After a while, Titan didn't come out and Zian began to worry. "I hope he isn't dead already. Such a cute little boy." She was about to break down from fear.

There was also a slight change in the head master's expression. Not only did Titan go in, she also stayed this long. Is it possible that that brave creature was already dead?

"Why isn't he coming out?" one of the teacher murmured in fright.

"What else could it be? Isn't it obvious that the fire has consumed him? What is there to ask?"

"And here I thought he stood a chance."

"But if the fire really did consume him, why didn't we see the consuming sign?" the lady by the corner wondered.

Some of the teacher began creating thoughts of the fact that this was a waste of their time. Apparently, they knew it would turn out this way but it was no fun seeing the little creature disappear just like that. Ha! What a joke and a waste of time. They felt the head master had forgotten the values of this prestigious school, none of them dared to talk. They just waited for her to order them to leave.

The head master waited for a while and when she didn't see any sign of Titan coming out, she was about to send the teachers back to their duty when she saw that the color the fire emitted changed. She raised her brow. Clearly, she was astonished. This child actually managed to reach the next layer of fire? Impossible! Only teachers made it to this level.

However, she wasn't the only surprised one, all the teachers were also stupefied. This little boy had actually progressed to the next layer of fire which was the blue flame but How?

The stages of the flame was orange followed by blue then purple to black. Black was not the hottest level but that was the highest level anyone had attained. Once the challenger proceeded to the next level, it flame automatically changes to a different color as an indication of progression and once the challenger gets consumed by the fire, an ash color would be seen.

Everyone knew that the blue flame was hotter that the orange flame and the little creature would most likely not survive this round but by just getting to this level was indeed already a surprise to everyone present. Most people who succeeded in staying so long in the fire furnace never went past the orange flame. Only teachers went beyond the orange flame to the blue. But then again, only few experts had gone past the blue. Only one teachers had gone beyond the purple and that was the head master. But only one unknown person, reached the black flame.

Master Eunice's mouth twitched. How did this boy progress to this level? Even Angela didn't make it to the blue level during her test then what made this brat worthy?

Everyone kept watching in amusement. Soon the teachers forgot all about the fact that they detested the idea of having a boy enrolling in their sacred all girls school. All of them wanted to see how far he'd go even though he might not go past the blue flame, attaining his position was more than surprising.

Soon, another color emerged. Although master Eunice hoped that it was going to be the ash flame, but it turned out to be...

"Oh my word! The purple flame. How is he doing it? Even I couldn't get past the blue flame."

"Are you sure it is still the little boy that walked in?"

"What are you saying? Weren't you here as well?"

"I've never witnessed this before."

Zian was practically jumping when she saw this. She didn't know how but somehow, she had already taken a liking in the beautiful boy. Even the master's jaw dropped but it was only for a second.

Now, all the teachers were even more impatient to see what happened next. Although they weren't expecting much, they couldn't hide their anxiety either. Some of them were even having a change of heart about having a boy in their school. But someone else was about to puke blood. Master Eunice was vexed to a point of no return if only looks could kill, that fire furnace would have turned ash already. She was practically boiling in anger and vinegar.

It took awhile before the color changed. Although it was only a few minutes, the expectant teachers felt as if it was already half a day. And when the black color came to sight, their eyes widened and shrieks were heard.

Zian could not hold her excitment as she jumped like a two year old.

"Ah! He made it; he really did. He really made it!"

The master had a faint smile on her lips.

'D never ceases to amaze me. She never makes mistakes in selecting the best. This girl dressed in male outfit is really incredible.'

After the fight with Angela Wick Titan opened the blank letter and that was when the head master realized that Titan was brought here by D. She couldn't believe that she was about to send this miracle away. If only she hadn't seen that scroll,... Then she wouldn't have had the privilege to train this amazing boy-like girl.

At the thought of this, the head master could not help but feel delighted. Just then, someone stumped her feet and walked out. How could she keep watching such? How could she let herself get defeated by a mare brat? A filthy little rat! How dare that boy?

Master Eunice's face turn two shades darker as she walked out of the test room. 'Even if you get the chance to stay in this school, I promise to make your life miserable. I promise!'
