Prophecy of the end

Ryan saw a man in his 30s. he was of avarige height. His skin tone was dark. He had black hair and dark eyes. He was healthy and fit but not overly muscular.

For a moment Ryan thought he was back in earth because the man was to mach similar to some of his African friend's .

The man was wearing a garment with intricate embroidery or designs around the neckline and sleeves. It looked loose and fit.

Ryan felt like asking if this man before him was from earth his home. Did he find a fallo earth ling right after transmigrating to this world.

But he didn't ask because of how the man was looking at him.

It was not how a fallo countryman looked at another fallo countryman. It was something else.

Ryan couldn't understand what it was but he knew it was not a good one.

The man kept staring at him like he was a rare animal about to become extinct.

Amm Ryan hesitatingly began who are you and why do you want to talk with me.

The man still didn't answer and kept staring at him.

Ryan felt uneasy he probed in side his mind. Hey system, are you there?

Yes, host I am here .

Ryan felt a little better, even though he didn't trust the system that didn't mean he didn't need it.

The system was the only thing that could do something if this man wanted to harm him.

The man seemed to sense something as he started speaking.

I never thought I would say this but the legend's wear actually right , the prophecy was really true .

Ryan was bewildered as he thought what, what legend and what prophecy is this man high on something.

what why is he talking about legend and prophecy? Is he a delusional kid or something?

Ryan asked the system. Hey system, is there something wrong with this guy's head?

How would I know I am just your system?

Ryan felt like the system was hiding something but before he could think further about it the man Spoke up.

I am eshu, people one's called me eshu the trickster I one's tricked conentlas enemy's in the war of the realms and was the last of the garden's to parish in the war.

Now I truly feel how far away those times really were, because I never thought I'd get to see the prophecy become reality.

What. Ryan felt a little vexed .

Hey why does it feels like this guy is bragging. It feels like I am looking at a old man who loves to tell children about his exploits of his youth .

Ryan looked at the Man with a complected emotions and a little vigilance in his eyes.

Sensing Ryan's gaze, Eshu smiled and said don't worry fateless one I can't harm you .

Hearing that Ryan's vigilance increased if someone couldn't harm you Thay wouldn't say it out loud.

Only someone that could or possibly would harm you will say that .

Sensing that his words had only succeeded making Ryan more vigilant, Eshu felt a little querias.

He thought why's this guy so vigilant? This is just a weak soul fragment will and I can feel something strong protecting his soul, so what is he afraid of?"

Ryan asked the system hey system can he really not harm me .

The system replayed yes he really can't harm you.

Ok then let's ask him some questions and see.

Ryan took a deep breath, calmed down and looked at the middle aged old man.

Who are you .

I told you I am eshu the trickster I one's tricked.

Ok ok stop I understand that you are one's a great trickster and tricked many people but why did you want to meet me?

Eshu was visibly displeased; he was one's a hero, a guardian , a man that many people would want to meet but this person acted like he was a nobody bothering him for something.

Ryan realized his words might have wounded this middle aged old man's praid he hardly said, " I mean , why did you suddenly wanted to meet me?" I'm just curious .

Eshu, locking at Ryan's curious expression, sighed and thought even if I'm displeased I can't do anything to him and besais he is right . He should be curious why I wanted to meet him.

Eshu choghfet to put away his displeased expression and said I wanted to meet the prophesied fateless one and see if you wore truly the one that the dungeon chose to bistou upon the ainsaint power .

Ryan was puzzled when he heard the first part of that middle aged but old in Heart man's words and when he heard the last part he falt again puzzled.

He said dungeon chose me you don't so your not the owner of this dungeon and what's with that way of calling me and what do I have to do with the prophecy youre talking about ?

Eshu replied I am not the owner of the dungeon I don't even know if this dungeon has a owner or not.

Looking at the young Man's ode expression eshu said as the former user of this ainsaint power I could have a fragment of my soul lingering in this dungeon with the ainsaint power and see who will be my succer and might Impart them with some of my knowledge about this power .

But I never could see or meet with the prophecyed fateless one .

Wait wait wait wait wait Ryan interrupted the Man with a question.

Why do you keep calling me fateless one what does that even mean.

With this soul remnant I can't do much but I can use some of my power for some purposes that doesn't strain me Mach.

with that power I have to doduest that you do not possess any fate or at least now you don't after you miraculously healed from your injuries and survived death.

And according to an ancient prophecy when the fateless one arrives the prophecy will start to get fulfilled.

I don't have any fate. Having listened to the system's exposition about saions and destiny rayn understood that not having a fate in this world was abnormal at that moment. Ryan couldn't help but ask the system in his heart.

System, do I not have a fate?

The system replied host I don't have any fate seeing power's but it's probably true toe your possessing a body of this worlds human but your soul is not from this world

And fate is intrically connected with someone's soul so it might be possible that you don't have a fate in this world.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing?

The system replied I don't know .

Ryan sighed and thought the system is not omnipotent it doesn't know everything and even if it does i have to fulfill some necessary requirement to know the knowledge.

Ryan looked at the Man and asked you talked about a prophecy. What is it? Can you tell me?

Eshu replied I can tell you that prophecy is about a war and possibly the end of the world.

Ryan was shocked did his timeine had to be so bad he transmigrated half an hour ago and world was about to end.

No that can't be true he had to dispel this thought. He had to know the prophecy than decide .

Ryan looked at the middle aged but old hearted man and asked can you tell me the prophecy.

I can tell you but if you know that prophecy than your fate wait you don't have a fate so it won't matter.

Ryan's lips twitched and he claimed himself.

Eshu said in a serious voice listen up this is the ancient prophecy.

In a world shrouded in questions deep,

Where fates entwine, from strong to weak,

A young man steps from distant lands,

His fate unknown, but guilt in hands.

For his arrival heralds war's grim call,

Realms unite, to see him fall,

Branded villain, burdened with blame,

Yet in his heart, burns a different flame.

For before the clash of realms begins,

Secret powers stir, beneath the din,

Invoked by those who seek to gain,

The ancient gifts that in shadows reign.

So let the prophecy unfold,

In whispers ancient, tales untold,

For fate's design, a tangled skein,

Where heroes rise, and worlds attain.
