weeks passed as kyle and ama's engagement came,ama was in her room facing the mirror as the stylists did her hair and makeup;"ma'am your skin is so soft and delicate".

ama smiled at the compliments that was being given to her,they finally finished and she stood up looking her very best;she never believed that she would one day she would get married.

she smiled at the opportunity that fate had given her,one of the maids opened the door leading her out of the room;ama saw the lights being faced to her as she came down the stairs.

she saw a lot of people and her eyes quickly scanned everywhere hoping they did not come,she smiled when she saw her fiance standing with a shocked expression;this days they were able to get along.

she sat down close to him as kyle finally faced her,"you look beautiful";he said.

ama smiled,she had fallen in love with this man and she hoped he would love her too;brushing off the thought she looked at the guests.

"we are all here to witness my son's engagement party...",zario said with his glass raised;ama chuckled silently enjoying her father in law's toast.

kyle looked at her side profile and for some reasons he couldn't look away,was he really marrying her to make her suffer;she was his saviour and all he could think of was taking her to hell.

ama noticed his gloomy face and held his hands,"you don't have to do anything,if you don't want to";kyle shook his head as he leaned towards her.

"i am thinking of how our wedding would be",he lied chuckling at her reaction;he admitted that when she entered his life.

he had always had a smile on his face even when he hid it from her,he wanted to have her all to himself if fate would let him;he wanted to hide her from the world.

zario and Sammy looked happy seeing their live interactions between them,he hoped they would always be like this.

the door suddenly flew open and everyone's gaze fell on the figure that came into the house,"someone forgot to visit me";the feminine voice rang inside the house.

kyle faced turned scary ass he looked at the woman,ama could tell that the woman was very beautiful but why was kyle angry to see her;"ohh my my,is this your fiancee".

Juliet touched ama's cheek as she looked at kyle,ama could feel the cold aura coming from kyle and she couldn't help but ask;"who are you,why did you have to make him angry".

Juliet and everyone present looked surprised to see ama talking,"who gave you the right to speak,huh";juliet said raising her hand to hit ama but kyle held her hand tightly.

"do you think i would still be the weak boy you knew or i would let you hurt my fiancee",kyle said as he pushed her hand away;ama looked at him seeing that he had gotten back to be calm.

"meet my step mom,ama",he said with sarcasm in his voice;zario held his wife's waist pulling her away from the couples.

"don't mess up juliet",he whispered into her eyes making her calm;the ceremony went on till it ended as people congratulated them on their engagement.

the living room became silent as everyone refused to say anything,"i would be moving out of the house after my wedding";kyle finally broke the silence.

ama looked at him,their wedding was till next month;she was worried that he won't be comfortable with his step mother being in the house.

"that is nice,you guys could spend sometime together",zario said as he smiled warmly;"your grandpa would be coming over".

kyle nodded as he pressed his phone,he didn't want to look at his step mother's face;he felt ama leaning on him and he looked up.

"wow,she sleeps like a baby",he muttered carrying her in his arms towards the staircases.
