I'm a Saint

Ethan

"Do you want me to drive you home?" Demyan brushed my hair away from my face then kissed my forehead. "I don't like the idea of you driving yourself home."

"It was a shaky drive," I chuckled, then rubbed my forehead. Perspiration already on it. It had been a while since I had exerted so much energy and all the exhaustion sort of hit me at once. My mouth was parched and I would have done anything for a drink. "May I have some tea? I'm just exhausted."

"Are you hungry as well? I can get you something light from the cafeteria then you can take a short nap whilst I finish up. How does that sound?"

"That will be great," I ran my hand down my face. Driving had taken a lot out of me but it was worth it. I was in Demyan's arms again and he seemed decently happy with my existence again.
