Ethan

"Demy," I softly sighed as I entered the tent and found Demyan sleeping on his stomach with his face buried in a pillow. It was obvious he had been crying and was trying to calm himself down. I had never met anyone with a smaller heart and I had to remember to keep patient with him.

I walked to the bed and sat down next to his sleeping figure. He had also taken off his fisherman's suit and was simply in his tracksuit now. I ran my hand up and down his strong yet delicate back. How many times I had found myself doing this throughout our life together, I would not know.

"We won't eat the fish baby, I promise," I pressed a kiss to the side of his face that was exposed. "Who knows, maybe he is the president of a book club and now they'll never know his great insights on Shakespeare."
