Shattering Wind Blades
My heart sank in despair because no matter what I do it will be useless. I knew Eiden was very enraged, but he acted cool.
"Fighting me? Are you a fool?" she mocked Eiden for his appearance making me very annoyed. Anger welled up in me but before I could speak anything out "old man are you sure he is her teacher but not her man toy?" she mocked the old man for supporting me.
"Teacher or man toy! it will be a minute for you to determine what he is capable of" the old man answered her in a calm tone causing her to frown at him.
She stepped back and stood very casually taunting Eiden to attack her. With a slight smile on his face, Eiden started his assault.
"Peerless beauty of the wind club is indeed a reputation" his calm but the mocking tone made me a little jealous of her. On the contrary, she felt annoyed by his words and clenched her fist as her veins popped out. Ignoring her, he continued "I heard you lost your virginity to the young master of an aristocratic family; even promising to marry him if you aren't selected by the stone of wind esper. You are indeed a..."
"Bastard! How dare you defile me with false accusations?"
"False accusations? How could you say they are false?"
"Do you have a witness?"
"Do you have a witness?" His sudden questions out of nowhere resulted in the demonic woman getting enraged. That's when I felt a bit of excitement in my heart.I should make sure to take care of Eiden for helping me.
Even the old man was surprised to see the sudden change in the tables. He stood quiet and watched everything as the other audiences did. I was jumping up and down in my heart, just now I wanted to grab Eiden's shoulders and have some secrets but I was a bit disappointed realizing it wasn't the right moment.
The confrontation between the stupid woman and Eiden started to grow intense, as soon as she reached her limit she unsheathed her sword again which was sheathed in between the fight with me when she realized I wasn't a threat to her. It was a little embarrassing to speak out loud but it's true that this demon just hit me empty-handed.
When she dashed towards Eiden, the old man waved his hand at me; in the next moment, I was on the ground ten meters away from them. The battle between Eiden and that demon was intense but it was unsure about who will win.

Only on that day did Lily know the real strength of Eiden. He dodged the attacks as if they were not worth mentioning. Even after dodging for a long time, he didn't emit any sign of exhaustion.
On the other hand, the woman who Lily called a demon felt that she was slowly losing her ground. Her pace and her number of attacks raised to the point where almost no one can see her attacks, but to everyone's surprise Eiden still easily dodges her aggression.
Seeing the continuous assault not even enough to scratch him Lily bulged her cheeks and peeked at him crazily.
"Enough of playing like a moron, face me with your true capability" she roared at him. Hearing that, he stood still, right in front of her. Lily was shocked but the old man smiled realizing his decision.
As soon as she charged at him, Eiden raised his left hand while only the forearm was parallel to the ground his hand facing the sky; holding the other hand on his back. In the next moment, a small ball appeared on his raised hand and it scattered towards the charging woman. She hastily retreated because she have never seen such an attack in her entire life.
Seeing her gasping for air, he smirked, and once again the ball appeared, this time the woman's eyes helplessly watched the dozens of wind blades flying from his hand towards her. She closed her eyes accepting her defeat because the previous wave of wind blades made their jobs perfectly.
Seeing her surrender the slashes stopped a few millimeters before touching her.
They were not just wind blades created by Eiden. They were also precisely deployed and even controlled by him. Usually, the wind blades won't change their angle during their motion but unlike the traditional wind blades that need a weapon to create one, he just created a wind ball and burst open it, and refined the shattered pieces into wind blades; it will rotate in an unordered manner as they are launched.
In other words, if a horizontal slash is seen coming, it will change its angle to make a vertical or inclined angle when reaching the person making it impossible to block. The only options are to teleport or have a rock-hard defense.
As the fight was over, Lin Cian announced "I want you to ask sorry to her". She was shaken to the core because no senior shall apologize to a junior, not to mention Lily was just a newbie.
Upon accepting her defeat, "sorry Lily, I shouldn't have said those words to hurt you. I am sorry!" She blurted out because she wanted to move away from that place to avoid embarrassment.
