Chapter 74 Dinner with nobles

"Are you enjoying your free meal peasant?" Marcus sneered at me. We had started eating for a couple of minutes now and Marcus had done nothing but glare and made rude remarks at me while I eat. When I think about it, I was the only present in the room he could take out his pent up anger on, he tried it with Rosa and she gave him a harsh glare that made him break into cold sweat. Rosa's really scary when she's mad and she's powerful, atleast more powerful than I am which made me wonder what was her level and why she was a receptionist at the Guild. After receiving a harsh glare from Rosa he turned to me and I endured it until now.

"What's your problem?" I asked

"Huh, are you so stupid you haven't figured it out yet, I don't like peasants like you eating at the same table as me. It's disgraceful." He said and I looked around the table.
