Kali's POV

I sat down at the bench outside the healing room of God Kidum. I hope nothing will happen to Jeongin.

"Xerena..." I called but nothing showed up "Xerena..." I called once more but she didn't showed up

What can I do? I want to heal Jeongin. It's almost one day since he got poisoned. Jeongin needs to be fine before the time limit ends.

"Kali? What are you doing here?" Maya asked as soon as she came out of the room

"How is he?"

"God Kidum is still doing the rituals. You should take a rest and we will find out later" Maya

I sighed and just followed Maya to the room where the others are. Everyone are looking at us as soon as we went inside.

"Kali-" Felix called but I walked passed him and lied down on the bed beside Maya "Take a rest"

I still remember what he said last night. How can he say those? He knows that both rankers can't fall inlove with each other. And if he really likes me, he will be removed from his rank. That dumbass. He should be careful.

"Go to sleep. I'll wake you up if Jeongin is already awake" Maya said

I didn't answered and closed my eyes and waited for myself to fall asleep slowly...

"Save us, Kali!" the faceless woman shouted as she kneeled in front of me

"Kali! We need you!" a man also kneeled as he cried

"You are their only hope, Kali" Xerena said as she appeared beside them

"Kali, save me, please" Jeongin also appeared and begged to me

"Kali! Save us!" everyone started shouting and kneeling in front of me

Someone started slicing their head off and bloods are everywhere. Aside from Jeongin, the others are there also and their head is sliced off.

I quickly opened my eyes and started panting. What is the meaning of that? Are we in danger? I looked around inside the room and saw everyone sleeping quietly even Maya beside me. I wore my cloak and went out of the room. It's already dark, if tomorrow will come, it's going to be two days when Jeongin was poisoned.

"Kali, what are you doing out here? You should be sleeping now" God Kidum asked

"How is he?"

"I am a God of Health and taking care of health is the only thing I can do. The poison is way too strong I don't think I can heal him. I apologized for making your hopes high" he vowed as he apologized to me

"What do you mean? He will die if he won't be treated before tomorrow comes"

"I know but I can't do anything. I did everything I can do to treat him but as what I've told you, the poison is way too strong to handle" God Kidum

"What can I do? Is there something I need to find? Tell me"

He shook his head and sighed "I apologize, Kali"

I nodded and watched him leave. I went upstairs to the healing room where Jeongin is. I slowly opened the door and saw him unconscious. I entered and closed the door. I sat on the chair beside the bed where Jeongin is and held his hand "Wake up, Jeongin. You need to wake up. I'm begging you" I begged and started crying "You have to stay alive, Jeongin. You have to"

"Why are you crying? I thought you don't care about them? Isn't this what you want? To put them in danger" Xerena said as she appeared beside me "May I know what's the reason behind your tears?"

"X-Xerena, please heal him. He needs to stay alive"

"Why should I do that, Kali?" Xerena asked

"H-He is the only one who still r-remembers the princess. I can't let him die without seeing her"

"Isn't your plan to kill the princess and also them?" Xerena

"I-I won't do it. J-Just heal him, Xerena. Jeongin can't die, I am willing to do anything"

"So, you are really planning to kill them?" Xerena asked

I nodded slowly and wiped my tears but it kept flowing.

"Why do you want to kill them? What did they do? They only want to help you bring back the old Kingdom, the tiara and show the princess. Are you really going to keep your pride 'till the end? You don't have the rights to tell Hyunjin and Minho about what they did wrong yesterday. Because as far as I know, you should be blamed too. I saw how you watched Jeongin being held by the giant but you didn't do anything, Kali. I don't care about God Thoais or Goddess Etris' order. They are the only ones who can help you save every Kingdom here" Xerena

I started crying once again "I-I promise to do anything, just save him. Xerena, please"

"Just keep your promise, Kali" Xerena said and disappeared

Jeongin's body started showing blue light. It's getting stronger and stronger. I stood up and watched how the blue light slowly disappears.

Jeongin slowly opened his eyes and looked at my direction "K-Kali?"

"How are you? Are you okay? Do you need something?"

"No, I'm completely fine. May I know where are we?" Jeongin asked

"We are at Zeather Kingdom"

"Already?!" he asked while there's a shock on his face and he quickly sat "Why are we here already? I didn't even see Zecia Kingdom"

"Zecia Kingdom is fine. Changbin's twin siblings are there"

"Really? Too bad I didn't meet them" Jeongin sighed
