It gave the coachman a grotesque grimace as if threatening him. The coachman dared not trigger the donkey and let it run freely as it pleased. Although the donkey was hard to get along with, it possessed great strength and speed, better than any other horse. When it ran at full speed, a trail of marks would be left on the ground.
The external part of the carriage was rather ordinary, but the interior was something else. It was beautifully covered in brocades and soft cushions. There was a hidden compartment used to keep some food. Also, the carriage was completed with some blankets, a small table, and a chessboard on the table. There were even some fruits and snacks to accommodate any guests.
