LMU GIRLS DORMITORY

"So far, so good. No one has noticed that you two are boys; just don't be suspicious," Camille said nervously.

"You're the only one who's skeptical," Clydesdale said quietly.

While the four of them strolled down the corridor with awkward smiles on their faces, moving their gazes side to side, they were not suspicious at all when they ran into the head mistress on their way up the stairs. With her arms crossed, the head mistress appeared surprised as she scanned the girls from head to toe through her eyeglass.

"Are you girls new to this dorm?" the head mistress inquires, her eyes chilly.

Clydesdale cleared his throat and said in a girlish tone, "Yes."

"Head mistress, Claudia Hildegard and Jasmine Amber are our new housemates." Camille answered nervously.

"All right, fine. Carry on," the head mistress replied as she went down the stairwell, harsh gaze fixed on her.

They breathed a sigh of relief as she walked away and rushed to the girls' room before she returned.

Camille allowed them in, then adjusted her gaze to see if anybody was following them before carefully closing the door.

Clydesdale exhaled with relief as he muttered, "Woah, that was close. She almost caught us."

"I know, but luckily she didn't notice," Camille said, "so here we are in Anne and Abegail's room, which is pretty dirty."

"Let's examine the entire room that must have frightened Alyssa while she's in the clinic getting better," Jelyn stated as she searched beneath the bed.

Everyone nodded as they went about the room, searching every nook and cranny, the bathroom, the walk-in closet, beneath the desk, and even their little attic. When they hear a cry from Jelyn, who is seated on the floor with dread in her eyes, they are startled.

Jordan reassured Jelyn with a loving embrace and whispered, "Hey, hey, it's okay, Jelyn. We're here."

"Did you notice anything under the bed?" Camille inquires as she examines the area beneath the bed.

"There's certainly something there you don't want to see," Jelyn replied, her voice shaking with fear.

"Hold on, I believe I see it. It's a bloodstained photo of Anne and Abegail, and look at this, it has a Scorpio sign," Camille remarked as she pulled the picture from under the bed and showed it to them.

"You do realize it's bloodstained; we should've brought gloves if this was the case; and we have no idea why this photo is coated in blood," Clydesdale observed as he pondered.

"Whoever it is, they want to harm or kill them, and it has something to do with the Scorpion sign," Jordan explained.

Camille hastily discarded the photograph and proceeded to the restroom to wash her hands. Everyone was baffled as to who may have done this until Camille screamed from the restroom a few minutes later. They hurried to the restroom to check what was going on, and what they found was too much for them to bear.

"Does the school know that Anne is totally dead under her own bed?" Jordan said, his brow furrowed as he began to fret and pacing in circles.

"All right, let's not panic, let's be cool," Camille murmured, attempting to calm everyone down.

"How are we supposed to be calm now that Anne is dead?" Jelyn said, her eyes widening.

"Who could have killed her?" Clydesdale wondered as he approached Anne's body.

"Isn't it apparent it had to be Abegail, she was constantly around Anne, therefore it had to be her." Immaculate emerged unexpectedly as she thought.

Camille's eyes widened as she said, "Immaculate?"

"Why are you guys dressed as females, Clydesdale and Jordan?"

Immaculate added, her laughter concealing her mouth.

"Ha-ha, laugh all you want, but ask her why we're dressed this way," Clydesdale said, pointing to Camille, who was already laughing her head off.

"Sorry for laughing; it was his idea to find out why Alyssa was afraid, which is why I disguised them up as girls so they wouldn't be discovered by the head mistress," Camillie stated as she paused to catch her breath.

Elvira smirked as she nudged Clydesdale's elbow. "Look whose concern now," she mumbled.

"What are you doing here, I shut the door." Camille ask curiously.

"I have my methods," Immaculate continued, her arms crossed, "so, concerning Anne's corpse, it has to be Abegail, I mean their housemates, and they weren't with us at the gymnasium yesterday."

"But, even if it was Abegail, we still don't know who it is, and we don't even have any proof if it was actually Abegail save the fact that they didn't show up at the gymnasium yesterday," Jelyn said as she stood up.

Jordan wondered aloud, "Were there any other students with her than Abegail?"

"I spotted one, the student assistant, yesterday behind the ladies' dormitory building, although I'm not sure why." Elvira appeared out of nowhere, revealing what she had seen. "I assumed they were on their way to the dorms, but I suppose they had other intentions," she continued.

"So, it's either the student assistant or Abegail," Jelyn reasoned as she paced in circles. "But we don't know which student assistant because there are so many of them."

"You guys are forgetting the bigger problem here," Camille said, pointing to Anne's body. "What are we going to do with Anne's body?" she asked, her eyes widening. "We can't report this to the principal or anyone because they might think we killed her instead," she added, panicking and fanning herself.

"OK, cool down, I know a person who deals with something like this; I'll contact him and tell him about it," Clydesdale said as he pulled out his phone and dialed a number.

*After five minutes*

Clydesdale returned and told them about Anne's body: "Okay, the man I phoned said he'd dispose of the body around midnight so no one would see or hear anything."

"All right, that's great. It's getting dark, anyhow. Let's just pretend we don't know about the corpse and keep quiet about it," Camille advised.

Everyone agreed and exited the room one by one, with no one suspecting what they were concealing. Camille and Jelyn were left behind to conduct a comprehensive investigation.

"So, what are we going to do with this image, because it's also evidence?" Jelyn inquires as she holds out the sealed photograph.

"Maybe, hand it to the person that Clydesdale phone, and ask if he or she can do a fingerprint test on it to determine who it came from," Camille said.

"Only you, me, Clydesdale, Jordan, Immaculate, and Elvira know about this, right?" Camille said as she sat with her arms folded.

"Yeah, and maybe the guy with the Clydesdale phone gets her soon, since the body is smelling up the place, no offense Anne," Jelyn said, bowing.

"You're correct, Anne, but don't worry, we'll figure out who killed you if only there were more clues," Camille says as she mulls over the situation.

*At 12 a.m.*

"OK, I simply disposed of the body, and the place is spotless, with not a crumb in sight," the man explained. "However, I did come across this letter with a Scorpion sign on it, and I'm hoping this would be of assistance," he continued.

"Thank you, and oh, wait. I have this photo, which is also proof; would you mind testing it, seeing if there's a fingerprint on it?" Jelyn said as she handed the man the image.

"Sure," the man responded, "but it will take a few days, if that's good with you?"

"That's OK; just contact me if you find anything; here's my number; call me anytime," Jelyn stated as she handed the man her phone number.

He exited after handing the man her contacts, while the others remained in the room, walking in circles and shifting their gazes.
