The man adjusted his belt, and the projection of the entire capital appeared before their eyes. Due to the limited applications of this type of magic, mages did not bother to learn it as it was considered useless except for creating routes. However, the Crowns decided to utilize this magic as an artificial technology, known as the Augmented Mana Reality Projector, which opened new possibilities for its use in different fields, including science and alchemy.

"As you can see, our capital is growing day by day under the leadership of the council. We have dedicated ourselves to progress and development. Hence, our technology is unmatched in the world," the man said, showing off his country's technological advancements.

The man knew that Constantine valued technology and talent over old traditions, making him an easy target for his proposal. Constantine loved technology in every field and was known to be a huge buyer of military and civil technologies for his people, plundering countless resources for the development of his country.

However, Marshal was not impressed with the man's proposal. He viewed technology as a supporting tool for further increasing his country's strength, and he believed that he could provide everything his people needed without relying on new technology.

"Cut the chase, Felipe. What do you want from us? You know the king isn't the prime power here prior to your arrival, right?" Marshal asked, annoyed by Felipe's arrogance.

Felipe did not mind Marshal's harsh words as he knew his temper well. As a clan head and elder, he had to work with Roxanians for many years, so he was used to their attitudes.

"Investment. I want you to invest in our new technology. We are building a warp gate that goes beyond the scale of magic towers or schools. We will build a new era for traveling, and I promise you that you'll not regret your choice," Felipe said, presenting the contract and project brief to both Constantine and Marshal.

Constantine did not immediately agree to the proposal, knowing that he needed to read the contract and weigh the benefits and risks involved. He believed there would be clauses that would cost him dearly if he neglected this matter lightly.

Marshal agreed with the delay, as he had dealt with countless paperwork in his life and did not want to rush into a decision. Moreover, Eldrich instructed him to keep an eye on the guests due to their natures.

"I will give you the answer tomorrow morning. If what you have said is true, I will heavily invest and reward you for your contribution. Furthermore, I will send one of my trusted arcmages to your country as a guest," Constantine said, looking at Felipe with a cold gaze that frightened him.

After Felipe left, Constantine instructed Marshal to call Eldrich to the main room and cancel the remaining meetings. This was an important task, and they needed to secure the deal before any country intervened. Although they had allies, the council members would not hesitate to sell dangerous items to others.

"Don't you think our technology is better than theirs?" Marshal asked, doubting whether to invest such a significant amount of money hastily. This was large amount of money and they were amidst of reconstruction. Cash flowing couldn't be controlled unless the treasury involves themselves in this project.

" I think this proposal is a good idea due to its innovation in the field. We can use the warp gate effectively for our commercial business and other miscellaneous tasks." said Eldrich, coming inside the room while looking at the paper. His red eyes in the light. He was actually observing the entire meeting with his magic for precautions.

" Spying isn't a good habit, prime minister. I need some private space too." Constantine commented his thoughts because he felt uncomfortable when someone was monitoring him. Even though he agreed with the new policy, there was certain boundaries which he set before.

" I apologize for my rudeness in this matter, but I was doing it for your safety. We can't to careless in this time." Eldrich apologized for his secret magic, but he was right. There were too many eyes around the palace, waiting for their news.
